When filmed from the side, a stretched-out tongue reads stronger as an image. That much is a matter of how it’s shot. The shape of the tongue is visible from the side either way. Whether the eyes are open, though, is visible only to the person facing her. Those eyes don’t look like they’re open purely for the camera.
In the same interview, she was also asked how she reacts when someone compliments her body. Her answer there runs the opposite way — she says she still doesn’t think of herself as having a great figure, and that she’s only started to become a little aware of it because people around her keep telling her so. Someone who leaves the judgment of her on-screen self to other people is, for that one moment during a kiss, looking directly at the person in front of her.
The Summer the College Idol Group Was on Hold

The group was on hold, with no set date to come back. The work began as something to fill that empty stretch. This 184-minute title has 158 reviews attached to it — the third-highest among the 88 titles sold as her solo releases.
Never Thinking She Was Among the Chosen
Why this line of work? Now in her fifth year, she points to admiration as the reason.
It was purely admiration for actresses. When I debuted back in 2020, Yua Mikami and Kirara Asuka were the kind of women everyone looked up to, so it was more a feeling of wanting to get closer to those people who felt like they were up in the clouds.

Wrists and Ankles Bound
This one title has another face. Among her six representative titles, this is the only one where both her hands and feet are strapped down. In the others, she raises her own arms. An arm you raise yourself, you can lower yourself.
In a warm-lit room, she lies face down on a checked bedspread. Black belts bind both wrists and both ankles. Her brow is furrowed, her mouth open. Sweat beads on her skin. This is in the same 184 minutes as the face that smiled with a notebook on her knees.

She Could Tell, Herself, That She Was Slipping
Ahead of her 5th anniversary, Ibuki Aoi was asked whether the past five years had gone smoothly. It was a February 2025 interview. Her answer was this:
It’s only been smooth sailing for about the past year.

In other words, four of those five years were not smooth sailing. In a different interview from the same year, she gives the good stretch a bit more length.
For about the past two years, I’ve started feeling more enjoyment in my work. With the pandemic behind us, my activities have widened, and what makes me happiest of all is that more people have had the chance to get to know me.

It became enjoyable, she says, starting two years ago. Four years and eleven months had passed since her debut. What happened in the gap between those two spans comes out when we go back to the February interview.
After my debut, I could tell my popularity was gradually falling off, and I started thinking I couldn’t keep working like this, so I took a few months off.

She noticed the decline before anyone else did. She didn’t learn it from being told, or from being shown the numbers. She says she could tell for herself. And it wasn’t that she noticed and therefore stopped — she noticed, and then, on top of that, it became too hard to keep going, and that’s when she stopped. This order is kept exactly as she stated it.
What exactly was hard doesn’t come up in this interview. Neither does what she did during her time off, nor why she decided to come back. What she leaves on record is only three things: that she could tell her popularity was gradually falling, that it was hard, and that she took a few months off.
On the release side, a gap remains. Through 2022, from February to December, a new solo title had come out in almost every month. That run breaks off at year’s end. Between a title released on December 16 and another released on February 17, 2023, there is no new MOODYZ release. Release dates and shoot dates don’t line up exactly, so these two months can’t be read as the precise length of her break. Even so, this is where the monthly run stops.
She’s Been Told the Going Rate Is You Don’t Come Back
As for what happens after you stop, an assessment from someone in the industry is quoted.
My popularity is like a roller coaster. My producer tells me that once your popularity drops, it rarely turns back upward — but mine came roaring back after it fell. Apparently that makes me a pretty rare kind of actress.

The premise isn’t that she’s skilled from the start. Over the 121 minutes, it’s the student who changes. The teacher is in the position to stop it, and doesn’t. What’s being sold is the time that change takes. In the first title she comes back with, after noticing for herself that her popularity had fallen, the role she’s cast in is one that gradually gets better.
The same description carries two lines spoken by the student.

Both lines are a demand. Aimed at the one in the position to stop it, pointing out what’s missing, asking for it again. In this production, the role assigned to Ibuki Aoi is not the one who waits.
Two of Them Are Reflected in the Mirror
The setting is a room at a love hotel, with a glass-walled shower stall. The two of them stand naked, embracing and kissing, and a second pair of them is reflected in the mirror. Across the bottom of the screen runs the line, 「タガが外れた教師と生徒は時間を惜しんで必死に求め合う…」(“Teacher and student, all restraint gone, grasp for each other desperately, begrudging every minute…”).
Of her six representative titles, this is the only one with a scene where she and her partner are reflected in a mirror at the same time. In the other five, even where a mirror appears, only one of them is reflected, or no mirror appears at all. What’s reflected here is a frame that holds both the one watching and the one being watched, together.
In another scene in the same bathroom, she braces both hands on the mirror, facing away. The man’s face is reflected in the mirror, his mouth open. She looks down, her hair gathered up. In this pairing, only the partner’s face shows in the mirror — hers does not.
On the bed, she leans over the man, still in her blue-and-white striped bikini. She brings her face close, mouth open, tongue reaching toward his mouth. This image — leaning over a man, tongue reaching for his mouth — already exists as of February 2023. It’s two years later that she says kissing is what’s grown the most, but the shape of it is already here.
In a scene where she’s on top of the man, still in her white blouse, her face turns toward the camera. Her eyes are open, the corners of her mouth lifted. The man is beneath her, but what she’s looking at is this side of the frame.
The following month, on March 17, 「解禁 生まれて初めての中出し性交」(“Unlocked: The First Creampie Sex of Her Life”) was released. It’s a 172-minute title built around the premise that this was the first time she shot without protection. 76 reviews, averaging 4.63. The description quotes her own words after the shoot wrapped.
Even as she catches her breath, she taunts him with lines like 「もっとナマSEXしてみたくなった」(“I want more raw sex now”), joins in on a foursome — she seems completely hooked on raw cock. On the day she does it for the first time, she says she wants more. Within those same 172 minutes, she also takes a turn going on the offensive. In a production sold around her as the one receiving it — three sex scenes, five corners — the direction flips. In the previous month’s title, her role was to make the teacher unable to stop himself. Here, she’s the one who moves first. By her second title back, her position has changed.
Before the main action starts, an odd prop is set up. She stands in a white top and black skirt, a banana in her left hand. In another shot, still holding the same banana, she screws up her face and winks one eye. The entryway into the day she does it raw for the first time is this prop.
There’s also a shot of her standing sandwiched between two men. In a pink bikini, she kisses the man on the left while the man on the right’s hand rests on her chest. On the green sheets, her partner takes the position on top. Lying on her back, her face turned to the side, her teeth show.
The flipped direction shows up in the imagery too. She pushes her white tube top aside, holds one breast with a hand, lifts her face, the corners of her mouth raised. A man’s head sits in the foreground of the frame. In another shot, she pushes aside her blue-and-white striped swimsuit to bare her chest, sits astride the man, and looks down while holding her breasts with both hands. Straddling him again with her body glistening with oil, she faces forward this time, the corners of her mouth lifted slightly.
Kissing While Watching the Partner’s Eyes
The reversal of positions didn’t end with a single instance. She describes the difference from when she first entered the industry like this.
In my private life I’d always been the one getting done to, so I was sure something like being a temptress was completely out of the question for me. But the first time I dominated a man on an AV shoot, I watched his reaction and thought, “Wait… this is actually kind of fun♥” and something woke up in me.

She Has Shot 13 Titles in a Format That Never Reacts Back
Of the 235 titles released over these six years, 13 carry the VR tag. It’s a format you watch wearing a headset, where the partner on screen faces toward you and you give nothing back. The condition she called “pretty tough” runs from start to finish.

Here too, the shift comes only after being praised. As with her figure, the sentence ends in a question — “maybe…?” She turns her own improvement into a question as well, asking whether five years naturally made her better. And then she goes on to guess, on her own, why she’s praised.

The character keeps the name “Aoi” — her own. It’s 128 minutes in which the one who spoke up is the one who pays for it. In the same year as her comeback title, right in the middle of her progression toward the temptress role, a job as the one who gets surrounded and cornered gets slotted in. The direction didn’t move in a single line. She’s assigned to different roles by project, and she takes on both.
164 Minutes of Letting Herself Into Three Houses
「家、いきなり行ってイイですか？ M男クンのお宅へ突撃デリバリーSEX！！」(“Can I Just Show Up at Your House? Surprise Delivery Sex to a Submissive Guy’s Place!!”), mentioned at the top of this article, takes on this same direction as an entire project. Released August 30, 2024, it runs 164 minutes, with 57 reviews and a 4.88 average. Among her 46 solo-actress titles with 30 or more reviews, none has a higher average than this one.
It’s built around visits to three houses. There’s a shot of her outdoors in a brown hoodie, both arms raised, smiling with her teeth showing. In an indoor hallway, shown in profile, on-screen text reads “This is an unannounced surprise visit.” At the first house she visits, a shirt and a backpack hang on the wall, along with a green potted plant and a television. She sits straddling the man, naked, face tilted up, eyes closed, mouth open. A calendar is pinned to the wall. The ordinary resident’s own belongings stay in frame the whole time.
In the shot where the on-screen text reads “House Visit, House 2,” her hair is tied into two bunches and she’s wearing a white knit top. She’s smiling with her teeth showing, the back of a man’s head visible to her right. At this house, in a pink jacket, green underwear, and fishnet tights, she lies on her side on a gray bed with her leg held up, eyes closed, the corners of her mouth raised.
In front of an apartment entrance, on-screen text reads “House Visit, House 3.” She’s wearing a beige coat, shown in profile with her hand at her mouth, laughing. A man stands beside her. At this house, she stands in the kitchen, a white apron over a black camisole, holding what looks like eggs in both hands, mouth open. Somewhere in the 164 minutes, there’s a shot that’s nothing but black text on a white screen.
Maybe a lot of Ibuki-chan’s fans are kind of perverts…
She goes to meet them, watches their reaction right in front of her, and that impression becomes the on-screen caption. It’s also a record of her going to check, in person, what kind of people are on the other side of the screen.
There’s also a shot of her lying on her side, topless, face turned down, tongue extended. Her eyes are open. The same person who said she’s bad at POV shoots because she has to look at the camera turns to face her partner directly in a project where she chooses, herself, who to go meet.
On the bed, still in the pink underwear and fishnet tights, she straddles the man, leaning forward. She looks at the man’s face beneath her, the corners of her mouth raised. Her hair is tied into two bunches. She isn’t looking down at him from above — she’s lowered herself to the height where she can see his face.
Becoming an Idol Again
In October 2024, Ibuki Aoi joined the idol unit Mi LUNA from お月ちゃんのうた together with Nozomi Ishihara. Four years after starting the work that began once her university group stopped, she was singing again.
It started with the late-night variety show Tsuki to Mogura, and she has talked herself about how the members came together.
Nozomi-chan and I were close, and Honoka-chan and Nana-chan were close. We knew each other from Tsuki to Mogura, and that’s when it came up that the four of us should play a game that was popular at the time.

All four belong to different studios. Ibuki Aoi and Nozomi Ishihara are with MOODYZ, Nana Miho is with S1 NO.1 STYLE, and Hono Kono (then Honoka Furukawa) is with IDEA POCKET — only the unit runs across all of them.
The four of them shot 「アイドルハーレム超SUPER 囲まれ、挟まれ、同時に責められお宅スケベ訪問デリバリーSEX」 (an “idol harem” home-visit delivery work), released in October 2025. It runs 236 minutes and is MOODYZ’s work commemorating its 25th anniversary. Because Nana Miho is retiring in 2026, this was the first and last time the four of them would appear in the same work. There’s a shot of the four of them in white outfits, standing in a row outdoors. All four have their mouths open, hands raised beside their faces. Green trees stand behind them. On screen, the text reads: “That foursome of idols—!?”
In another shot, the four stand indoors in sailor uniforms, with three company logos lined up in the corner — S1 NO.1 STYLE, MOODYZ, IDEA POCKET. Four women who are normally sold separately are inside a single frame. In a shot set in a residential neighborhood, two of them raise both hands and laugh with their teeth showing, and the text “Catfights included!” appears; there’s also a shot of the four of them in Chinese dresses, gathered around a table with a man, holding glasses. About the time she joined, she spoke in an October 2025 interview:
It’s not like I was even interested in idol work myself, so when I first got the offer, I was really surprised.

It wasn’t something she’d wanted to join on her own. As for why she’s stayed with it, she gave a short answer in an interview in June 2025.
The four of us just messing around together is fun, and I get to enjoy it as my real self.

She uses the phrase “my real self.” It’s a way of saying that something she doesn’t show in the work where she’s filmed comes out here. On the difference between the two lines of work, she touched on it only briefly.

She stops at “completely different.” She doesn’t say which one is the real her. How she looks to a fellow unit member is another matter. In an October 2025 interview, Nana Miho said this:
But Bukki (Ibuki-chan) and Nozomin (Nozomi-chan) are about two years ahead of us as AV actresses, so when it came to the sexy scenes, they properly took the lead and pulled us along.

She’s described as the one who leads. Someone who has kept describing herself as the one who gets chosen looks, from the outside, like a senior. Aoi herself explains the same relationship this way:
Everyone’s on a completely flat, equal footing. In particular, none of us put on senpai airs.

She says it’s flat; the other says she led them. Their accounts of the same set don’t match.
What comes across on screen — she addressed this head-on in an interview in April 2025.
My body has always been soft, and people around me often compliment me, saying things like “you’re so fluffy.” I used to think that having a body that’s soft to the touch and soft when it moves was one of my strengths, but since starting this work, I’ve realized how hard it is to get my appeal across to everyone on the other side of the screen.

Something you can only know by touching doesn’t come across on screen. What she thought was a strength is, in this line of work, missing from the start. The way she works to fill that gap comes with a standard attached.
My theme for body care is “femininity that comes across even through a phone screen.” I’m thorough about it — focusing on resetting and moisturizing for both face and body care, and not cutting corners even on hair care.

I hated skincare back in my school days. I was a “himono” (dried-fish) girl who didn’t do makeup or skincare at all, but after meeting the girls in this industry, my values did a complete 180.

The reason she gives for the change is meeting people who do the same work.
The 25th-Anniversary Swimsuit
The studio, too, treated this sixth year as a milestone. To mark its 25th anniversary, MOODYZ has been rotating a monthly ambassador, and Ibuki Aoi and Nozomi Ishihara served the two months of December 2025 and January 2026. New shots of them in commemorative 25th-anniversary swimsuits were also released. Someone marketed in 2020 as a “university idol on hiatus” is, five years and five months later, wearing the studio’s banner. Her follower count on X passed 250,000 as of September 2026.
Print work increased too. One photobook came out on July 30, 2025, and another six weeks later, on September 12. The second one came with this line attached:
Ibuki Aoi — the black-haired beauty, G-cup, who has shed her idol skin.

The word “shed” is used. She herself had already been singing as an idol again for eleven months by then. A third photobook came out on August 28, 2026, a B5-format book running 128 pages.
What Reached the Most People Wasn’t a Work
And yet, after six years of releasing works, what reached the largest number of people wasn’t a work announcement. On October 22, 2025, she posted a photo with this caption:

This post got 111,893 likes — more than four times the count of her second-most-liked post. Four months earlier, she had talked about how she spends her days off:
I actually really like doing things alone. (…) I often go shopping or watch sports by myself.

In a place where she wasn’t being filmed for work, she was seen by more people than at any other point in these six years. Five years and three months have passed since her debut work, where, at 19, she smiled outdoors in a white T-shirt holding a basketball. That ball, back then, was handed to her for a shoot concept; this seat, this time, she got for herself.
Something similar happened the following April. After an Utsunomiya Brex game, she and Nozomi Ishihara appeared in the background of the official post-game interview footage. Her own post read:

Someone whose job is to be filmed ends up on camera in a place she never meant to be filmed. And she posts about it herself.
The habit of deciding things by whether she’s being watched shows up in her private-life standards too. Asked what she’d consider cheating in a boyfriend, she answered:
I don’t decide whether it’s cheating by “what he did” — I decide by “who it was with.”

Within the same exchange, she restates where she draws the line.
I think my line for cheating is probably “whether he could do it with me standing right in front of him.” If he’s doing something with another woman that he wouldn’t want to show me, that’s cheating.

She draws the line not by the type of act, but by whether it could be done with her watching, right in front of him. How it looks once it’s placed somewhere it can be seen.
The Title Where She Regretted Letting ‘Ibuki Aoi’ Show Through
Ibuki Aoi, straight black hair, faces to the side. The bed behind her is unmade. A white shirt and tie, a cardigan over them. Her mouth is half-open, her eyes lowered.
In 「入り浸りギャルにま○こ使わせて貰う話 実写版リメイク」, released on November 29, 2024, the original dōjin manga behind it had sold 250,000 copies. In a February 2025 interview, she explained what she had done.
With drama pieces up to now, even when I was playing a role, I’d let a little of myself show through. But this title had to completely reproduce the original, so it was hard to let go of ‘Ibuki Aoi’ and take on the personality of ‘Kuroda,’ a character completely different from myself.

Not showing her own self was a condition attached from the start. In this one title alone, out of six years of work, the premise flips. In her other work, an “Ibuki Aoi-ness” counted as the selling point. Here, if it leaks in, it counts as a failure.
And there was a predecessor, too.
It was a remake of a title Amiri Saito had starred in before, and it sold like crazy, so I was under massive pressure, thinking, “What if mine doesn’t sell…”

She shot it on the premise of being compared, erasing herself as she went. Here’s how she felt once filming wrapped.
When filming was completely done, I reflected on how a bit of ‘Ibuki Aoi’ had slipped through, and I felt like I wanted to reshoot the whole thing from the start if I could.

She counts having shown through as a failure. Someone who has spent six years checking how she looks on screen made not showing up the goal for this one title. On the result, she said this:
Thankfully, it’s selling. I seriously thought it would be bad if it didn’t sell, so seeing the FANZA favorites count high too was a relief.

120 Minutes Where the Clock Appears Twice
Her uniform shirt hangs open, the tie still on, and she sits straddling a man. Her face tilts up, eyes closed, mouth open. The room has an air conditioner and curtains — it smells of everyday life.
A wide shot of the same room appears twice. A man in glasses is on the bed holding a phone, a digital clock sitting in the foreground. The first reading is 20:15, the second 22:59. Same composition, only the time changes. What happened in the 2 hours and 44 minutes in between is left for the viewer to fill in.
There’s a shot of her face on the bed, the manga open in both hands as she reads. Her eyes are on the page, her mouth half-open. The bottom half of the screen lines up panels from the original manga, dialogue included. The person acting is placed side by side with the original, in the same frame. She has said she had been reading this manga since before filming.
In her other work, it’s a given that the person on screen is Ibuki Aoi. Her debut title labels her “Ibuki Aoi, Current College Student,” the title marking her first bareback scene calls out to her as “Ibukin,” and a project visiting three houses introduces her as “It’s Ibuki Aoi-chan with the godly body!!” In these 120 minutes, the name she’s called by is swapped for a different one.
There’s a close-up on her face. Her eyes are open, mouth half-open. A man’s hand touches her hair. A speech-bubble caption on screen reads, “Kuroda-san… feel it…” The name being called is one used only within these 120 minutes. On the face of someone who counted showing through as a failure, a different name is laid over it.
The Southern Island She Visited With Her Best Friend
Ibuki Aoi reads even the reviews of anything she appears in. But there’s one thing she’s decided never to watch. It came up in an October 2025 interview.

Someone who checks herself through other people’s eyes can’t watch the work of a person she’s grown close to. The 201-minute film she shot together with that person sits three months after the one where she erased herself. Released February 28, 2025, “Go to セックストラベル！パコらなくちゃAV女優じゃないじゃん！ガチ親友2人のヤリまくり中出しおまん飛行☆in南国” runs 201 minutes, with 73 reviews averaging 4.77. The product description reads:
A full 200 minutes packed with the two of them just as they always are!

It’s shot under the condition of “the two of them as they always are.” No role, no setup. The person who erased herself three months earlier is, this time, shooting as the version that doesn’t erase. She explained their relationship in that same February 2025 interview:
Ishihara and I are kind of alike, but we’ve got our lanes worked out in the industry — she’s good at the aggressive-woman roles, and I’m good at the M-type stuff. That’s probably why we never turn into this cutthroat rivalry where it’s like, “I’m going to outsell you!”

Their strengths point in different directions. Standing next to her is someone who can’t be ranked against her. In the same interview, when asked what’s been good about doing this work, her answer was about this same person.
Making so many friends. Meeting Nozomi Ishihara especially was huge for me. We’re in the same line of work, exclusive to the same studio, and we debuted around the same time, so we’re rivals in a way — but having a close friend near my own age I can talk to about anything, work or otherwise, is something I’m truly grateful for!

She says their debut dates are close. Nozomi Ishihara also debuted from MOODYZ in 2020, and for six years since, the two of them have gone into more than ten projects together. Right after this film’s release, she posted about it herself:

It drew over 24,000 likes. Sort her posts by likes and the top ones are a photo from a game venue, an image with no caption, and a morning greeting. Nothing touching on her work appears until this post.
Even in a commemorative work shot with four people, how she moved on set became a topic. In a piece built around visiting a fan’s home, the host picked Ibuki Aoi first. Her own explanation is short.

She isn’t on the waiting side. She closes the distance herself.
The 201 Minutes That Let the Outdoors In
In a passage between buildings, she wears a black T-shirt and a white bucket hat, ice cream in her mouth. Nozomi Ishihara, in a black cap, stands beside her. At the bottom of the screen, text reads, “We’ve prepared all kinds of activities for you.” There’s a shot of white sand and blue sea, with someone kicking up spray in the distance. Another shot has them sitting side by side on a hotel-room sofa, a can and a plate of snacks in front of them. A man films from behind.
The description also lists what they did during the shoot.
A mystery dance in the street, chaotic shopping, a BBQ meal, bare-faced water sports, and a totally unexpected overtime!?

Shopping, meals, and water sports all carry the same weight in the sales pitch. How the bill gets paid is decided too. In the hotel room, Nozomi Ishihara holds a sheet of paper on the left, and Ibuki Aoi reaches for it from the right. Text on screen reads, “This location shoot? Instead of cash, everything gets covered based on how many times he’s made to cum!!” In the shot where Ishihara sits on the sofa holding a handwritten sheet and Ibuki Aoi holds up a finger beside her, the caption reads, “Seven times if you want alcohol too.”
The product description says the same thing.

Even a single drink comes down to a count. Beside Nozomi Ishihara holding her handwritten sheet, Ibuki Aoi does that counting with a raised finger.
What the two of them actually do when they work together, she revealed later herself. Asked whether their toast is always the same, she answered:
If you’ve watched anything we’ve done together, you’ll know — there’s only ever one toast for us.

There’s a fixed form. On top of that, she also named what changes every time.
I never think about how the shoot’s going to flow, but “what impression should I do this time” — that’s something I genuinely think hard about every single time (laughs).

She says she doesn’t think about the flow. She leaves the order and arrangement to what’s already prepared, and rebuilds only how she’ll look, every single time. On a shoot with her best friend, she walks in having already decided which face she’s going to show.
There’s a shot from inside the moving car too. She wears a white tank top, seatbelt fastened, right hand raised behind her head, mouth open. Outside the window is a green road. A face different from the one built to be shown to someone is inside these 201 minutes.
There are shots where their arrangement flips. Beside Ibuki Aoi, on all fours and facing a man, Nozomi Ishihara stands laughing. In the reverse, while Ishihara holds a man’s head in both hands and laughs facing forward, Ibuki Aoi lies low in the background. While one of them is in motion, the other stays inside the same frame.
Shots with the two of them together in one frame come up again and again. On the bed, Ibuki Aoi with her hair tied in two on the left, Nozomi Ishihara with a red bob on the right. Side by side, they bring their faces close to the same man’s lower body. There’s also a shot with Ibuki Aoi in front on all fours, mouth open, and Ishihara behind her, straddling the man. In the shot where both of them are on top of the man, Ibuki Aoi on the left has her mouth open, face turned up, while Ishihara on the right is shown in profile.
Who This Is For
- Anyone who watches for the kiss: This is the scene she herself says grew the most over six years. A shot of her tongue slipping into her partner’s mouth while her eyes stay open appears in a feature where she visits three establishments. The same shape — tongue extended — shows up again in her February 2023 comeback work. The tongue extends for the side-angle shot; the open eyes are for looking at her partner. Each has its own separate reason.
- Anyone who wants to watch the same face change from work to work: A 120-minute film where she wears straight black hair and answers to a different name sits only three months from a 164-minute film where she ties on an apron in a kitchen and holds an egg. In one, erasing herself is the condition; in the other, she’s the one walking into someone else’s home.
- Anyone drawn to a path that started in idol groups: The work she picked up while her university group was on hiatus ran for six years, and partway through she joined another group. The outdoor shot from her debut work shows a 19-year-old holding a basketball; five years and three months later, the post she calls her biggest growth also starts from a game venue.
- Anyone who wants to watch from the first title on: From her debut work to her latest, almost all six years of output sits with the same label. It started with projects where she’s on the receiving side, and partway through, projects where she takes the lead start to increase.
Summary
For six years straight, she has kept asking other people how she comes across.
As of September 2026, titles that streamed only recently go for 2,180 yen, but most of the rest are priced in the 300-to-500-yen range. Both her debut work and her comeback work can now be watched for a few hundred yen.

A month on, she’s still being sold with the words “still seem to be on hiatus.” Watched as a follow-up to the first title, this is where it picks up.
May 2024’s “Ever Since the Day I Helped the Gyaru Girl Who Moved In Next Door… A Big-Breasted Gyaru Falls Head Over Heels for Me (an Otaku), 10 Rounds a Day, Pregnancy OK, Unlimited Creampie Sex!” runs 117 minutes and is billed as “Ibuki Aoi’s first full-fledged gyaru title!” Six months before the live-action adaptation, she had already gone down this road once.
In May 2026 came “POV, Streaming Exclusive: The MOODYZ Exclusive Unlocks Natural Sex.” It’s the first title on a new label and runs 118 minutes. There’s a shot in front of an elevator: pink sunglasses perched on her head, she holds the camera in one hand and flashes a peace sign with the other. The mirror shows her reflection. The woman who once said she wasn’t good at facing a camera is holding the camera herself. August brought “Ibuki Aoi 5th BEST — 12 Hours, 27 Scenes, 110 Ejaculations.” How the label sees her in year six shows up in the way this compilation is described.
She’s been making waves lately on both variety shows and social media — MOODYZ’s ball of energy! Seductress roles, dramas, documentaries, anything goes! 720 minutes collecting 12 titles from this all-around actress!

She starts from “I have nothing that stands out.” From there, she chooses what to keep and gives it a name. The label pasted on her from outside and the label she picks for herself still don’t line up, even in year six. And the one she picked herself was arrived at by subtraction — because she can’t win on breasts.
Asked about her goal for the year, she didn’t answer with something about gaining more.

She does show up where fans gather. She appeared at MOODYZ’s fan appreciation festival two years running, in 2024 and 2025, and one 2024 title carries 205 reviews. She goes to places she’s invited to. A place of her own making, she hasn’t opened yet.
And after six years, there’s still something she hasn’t touched.
Actually, I’ve never held a fan meetup, not even once. So I’ve never talked with fans for any real length of time, and I honestly have no idea what kind of work they do or what their lives are like.

She reads everything that’s written about her. The praise, and the words that aren’t. Even so, she still doesn’t know what kind of life the person who wrote them leads.
