34.65 Million Views: “Our Company’s Third Floor”
October 2025. A single video posted to X. The caption read simply: “Introducing our company’s third floor.” The view count reached 34.65 million. Posted by the SOD Female Employees official account. In November 2024, another post—“We frequently replace the floors in our office”—accumulated 12.74 million views. The reason the floors need replacing was left unwritten.
The account’s self-description is brief:
A production company for adult video based in Nakano, Tokyo. We bring you the work and daily lives of our female employees!
(SOD Female Employees Official X Profile, July 2026)
The account launched in June 2024. Two years in, 237,000 followers. Following only 11 accounts, circulation happens through post virality alone, without paid advertising.
Beyond this entrance lies the series itself: 561 titles across FANZA. The oldest work confirmed in DMM’s catalog dates to July 2005. For 21 years, employees from actual departments have stepped in front of cameras. The latest installment arrived in June 2026: a Sales Department employee’s debut. With a 5.00 average rating from 16 reviews, it topped the series’ all-time high. The second-year mid-career hire blushes crimson with nervousness as she approaches the camera. From the opening employee introduction sequence onward, everything is documented. Sample video available—that atmosphere becomes immediately confirmable.
The Framework: “Ordinary Office Ladies”
The series’ official self-definition appears in the 12-hour best-of compilation released in January 2025. “What is SOD Female Employees? …Basically, just ordinary office ladies.” This single sentence summarizes the entire format.
Performers come from actual departments: Production, Promotion, Sales, General Affairs, Secretary Office, Design, Merchandise Business. Department names and years of tenure are etched into titles. “Second-year,” “Mid-career hire, third year,” “Youngest Promotion Department.” From the early 2000s onward, titles like “In-House Welcome and Farewell Party,” “Real Planning Meeting,” and “Company Night Shift Without a Bra—Something You Can Never Tell Your Family!” show how office daily work becomes the enterprise concept itself.
Against this framework, viewers have posed a 20-year question: Are these really employees? Where does work end and performance begin? In a December 2025 interview with Nikkan SPA!, a sitting executive secretary discusses this question in her own words:
“In SOD’s case, I think viewers watch while wondering where reality ends and fiction begins.”
(Nikkan SPA! Interview with Yoshino Moriya, December 2025)
Watching while suspecting. Monetizing that suspicion itself forms the series’ design. The boundary between truth and fiction is never clarified. Departments are real, employee IDs carry actual names, and when departures occur, official announcements follow. The Documentary tag attaches to 64 of the most recent 200 titles. 561 installments of time spent searching for the seam between real and staged remain on offer.
The framework’s prototype already reached completion in early productions. A 2009 work titled “First Survey” exemplifies the trajectory:
“A certain medical organization requested our help: ‘We want to know the average size of female genitalia.’ The SOD office got fired up—we can’t just answer what we’re asked or SOD’s reputation suffers! (…) The female employees grew bewildered as the survey exceeded all bounds! ‘Do you really need to ask us to go this far?’ (crying)”
(SOD Female Employees: First Survey, Official Product Description, February 2009)
Absurd requests, a fired-up office, bewildered staff. The three-part structure—a dubious business pretext, an energized workplace, a woman caught in it—persists unchanged 17 years later. Only the excuse shifts: “product development” or “executive directive” replaces “medical inquiry.”
21 Years, 561 Titles: The Evolution Map
Series history divides into five distinct periods.
The earliest period confirmed on DMM spans 2005–2012: “First-Time Nervous Reverse Pickups,” “Special Entertainment for Valued Clients,” “Mixed-Bath Hot Spring Mass Orgy Forget-the-Year Party,” “Topless Outdoor Sports Day.” The era mobilized company buildings and office events, with groups of women in reactive scenarios. The practice of embedding actual hiring years in titles—“Flower Class of 2006”—began here. FANZA distribution commenced December 2008; 2009 alone saw 48 titles migrated to the digital shelf. A 2012 hot-spring tour still maintains a 4.60 rating.
From the mid-2010s, projects tracking individual employees across multiple works emerged. The archetype: Momoka Kato (加藤ももか), “Youngest Promotion Department.” From her second year in 2017 through multiple appearances, she completed her series arc with an April 2018 final work. The format of documenting career from hire to departure crystallized here.
“My final AV work honors two years of cumulative growth with an office H-request! (…) Watched by colleagues as I grew shameless, dripping with sensitivity, finishing brilliantly!”
(SOD Female Employees: Kato Momoka Final Work, Official Description, April 2018)
Entry through departure rendered as works—the documentary format completed.
2018–2020 introduced recurring concepts: baseball poker, health checkups, sensitivity surveys, rotated by department. Works from this era remain review-chart fixtures. November 2020’s General Affairs department Miki Komatsu baseball poker maintains 5.00. The concept delivered consistent “embarrassment” calibration, polished through repetition.
“Interrupted during work, sudden baseball poker participation! (…) Losing strips the female employees, exposing genitals and anuses. Faced with absurd rules, serious employees redden with embarrassment and protest!”
(SOD Female Employees: Baseball Poker / General Affairs / Miki Komatsu, Official Description, November 2020)
Current-era strategy emphasizes “individual × department” solo work. Analyzing genre tags from the most recent 200 titles: “OL” appears 164 times, “Embarrassment” 79, “Amateur” 71, “Documentary” 64. “Solo work” reaches 133 while group “Projects” appear only 44 times. The numerical data captures the transition from group reactions to individual depth. 8 directors rotate in current operations. Credits repeatedly show names like CHAIN Sou, Evening News, Akira Saijo, Pa Komachi, Receive Yazawa—nicknames suggesting craft mastery. A production assembly-line remains evident.
Business pretexts receive real-time updates. November 2025’s “New Product Development Record” connected the merchandise division with 4.90 rating:
“Development team female employees receive a supervisor’s proposal to demonstrate new merchandise to fellow male employees and gather opinions. To avoid influencing opinions, voices are muted and no one knows who’s wearing what. To showcase merchandise charm 120%, she’s fixed to a special desk (…)”
(SOD Female Employees: New Product Development Record, Official Description, November 2025)
“Gathering opinions” and “showcasing merchandise appeal”—business vocabulary masks an unmaskable reality. Structurally identical to the medical organization request 17 years prior.
From 2024 onward, the series connected this grammar directly to SNS. The current period emerges next.
The Shift SNS Brought
The official X voice employs what might be called “our company” phrasing. “Once hired, employees can perform meaningfully from year one” (4.79 million views). “Here’s our female employee ‘Ishikawa’s’ sensitivity map” (4.23 million views). Hiring announcements disguised as content guidance; personnel documents disguised as product promotion. Corporate account tone persists without wavering.
In late June 2026, an AD’s resignation announcement became a pinned post. “The image of her turning away, shoulders shaking—I’ll never forget it,” the post concluded, reaching 4.08 million views. Employee resignations themselves circulate as series narrative. Additional posts include: “Technically work-required armpit photos, but we somehow managed to photograph them. Per her request, no zoom, please” (2.11 million views), and Halloween “after a few hours investigating youth costume trends at the venue, here’s our female employee” (2 million views). Corporate form never breaks.
Individual accounts show impressive reach. Executive secretary Yoshino Moriya commands 167,000 followers; Promotion Department Akari Matsunaga, 134,000. Matsunaga’s March 24, 2025 post—“Announcement: Akari Matsunaga AV Debuts April 1”—reached 9.21 million views with 26,000 likes. A debut announcement reaching 9 million timelines marks the series’ first such moment.
Her self-description reads:
“SOD Promotion Department / Third-year employee / 24 / From Saitama / △▽ Company newcomer OL / 30th Anniversary Project Member / STAR Training”
(Akari Matsunaga X Profile, July 2026)
The phrase “STAR Training” publicly declares transition from employee line to exclusive actress pipeline. Product introductions now feature her X handle from the opening line. Watch daily life on SNS, witness performance in titles. Two windows officially link for the first time in series history. The publication of “SOD Female Employees Roster Special,” a bound collection, circulates “employee directories” across video, SNS, and print simultaneously.
Two paths into 561 titles exist now. Discover faces and personalities on SNS before entering works, or start with titles and follow continuations on SNS afterward. Your route matters less than starting. Next section organizes perfect first titles by department and type—routes where both paths function equally.
Route-By-Route: Your First Title
Selection criteria: review count and average rating. Plus frequency data from the most recent 200 titles. Yoshino Moriya leads with 15 appearances; Kotoha Nakayama, 13; Konomi Nitta, 11; Rin Miyazaki, 11; Akari Matsunaga, 10. From this upper tier and emerging talent, five distinct entry points were selected—different character profiles leading to different trajectories. Every route connects to remaining 556 titles seamlessly.
Emerging Star Route | Ayana Nakajo’s Debut (June 2026)
The current series’ rating peak belongs to the newest generation. Ayana Nakajo, Sales Department mid-career second year, debuted with a 5.00 average from 16 reviews within a month. This surpasses baseball poker veterans and long-standing franchises.
“Sales Department female employee Ayana Nakajo—H-cup beautiful big breasts. Her body embarrassment is certain, but her entire reddened response to tension and pleasure captures genuine Nakajo eroticism, plus her honest despair when confronting personal limits and her tears were all recorded.”
(SOD Female Employees: Ayana Nakajo Debut, Official Description, June 2026)
“Her tears were recorded”—this line represents the series’ documentary framework in current form. Sample video shows the temperature shift from Sales Department morning work through the shooting site. The second-year mid-career hesitation. The moment that tension dissolves.
Promotion Department Route | Akari Matsunaga’s Proof of Ejaculation Skill (June 2025)
The series’ highest review count: 54. Promotion Department Akari Matsunaga proves her company’s flagship genre using her own body—work and concept merge into one.
”[@ferret_tanuki] The new-hire OL’s (23) high-pitched feminine voice echoes through the office on a weekday! As Promotion Department, to prove ‘orgasm content’ is real, she uses her own pussy for intensive play with a professional actor! Three days of firsts!”
(SOD Female Employees: Akari Matsunaga Title Work, Official Description, June 2025)
Her X account handle leads the product description—13.4 thousand daily posts and this three-day record share continuity. The 4.74 rating comes from work that begins as job duty and becomes career achievement. June 2025 brought a sequel titled “Job Order”—15 facials received in official capacity (4.63, 27 reviews). Once appreciated, continuation awaits. The smoothest entry for those discovering through SNS.
Secretary Route | Yoshino Moriya’s Second Work (June 2025)
General Affairs Secretary Office, executive secretary. Yoshino Moriya, the current series’ face, in her second title with 41 reviews averaging 4.59. The concept itself begins secretary-office-style: the executive’s single remark seeds the idea.
”[@suisuisuimming] Executive Secretary Yoshino Moriya’s second AV appearance! The supervising executive remarked: ‘Last time was too erotic—I want to see Moriya climaxing harder.’ So SOD brought an orgasm specialist male actor to headquarters for mid-shift intensive sex!”
(SOD Female Employees: Yoshino Moriya Title Work, Official Description, June 2025)
Executive directive, corporate shooting, mid-work premise. The company’s decision-making becomes enterprise concept. Sample video captures opening office scene—the framework emerges instantly. Desk documents, employee ID, shifting breath. The moment secretarial identity fragments. 41 reviewers recorded.
Sadist Route | Yoshino Moriya’s Dominant Awakening (October 2025)
Same Yoshino Moriya, opposite direction. Responding to masochist male requests, she awakens as domme—with 4.87 average rating, her career high.
“A submissive man’s body drenched in a dominatrix secretary’s bodily fluids! Facesitting through black pantyhose! Facesitting cunnilingus! Cum! Of course, teasing too… Perhaps Yoshino Moriya is a born dominatrix.”
(SOD Female Employees: Yoshino Moriya Sadist Awakening, Official Description, October 2025)
“Perhaps Yoshino Moriya is born for sadism”—the production writer expresses surprise in conjecture form, an indirect record of plan-exceeding surprise on set. Passive secretary becomes active secretary. This trajectory continues into March 2026’s nurse-dom installment (4.64, 11 reviews). Tracking one person’s arc across titles showcases the series’ unique structure.
Project Route | Haru Shibasaki’s First Creampie (August 2023)
“First Creampie: All-Night Hotel After Work” became a series signature. Merchandise Business Division Haru Shibasaki’s installment reaches 49 reviews, exemplifying this project tier.
“[Haru Shibasaki’s first raw creampie sex] Finally, second-year Haru responds to user support with a creampie challenge! From after-work departure through next-day return—we shot all night!”
(SOD Female Employees: Haru Shibasaki Title Work, Official Description, August 2023)
After-work to next-morning frame becomes work frame. The same format continues with Promotion Mai Onodera (19 reviews), Design Yuki Kurata (29 reviews), Production Mikoto Yoshioka (12 reviews), repeating by department and person. Shibasaki’s subsequent career unfolds in the Haru Shibasaki Feature. Sample video shows the transition from post-work into night—feeling work continue as evening begins. Your creampie entry point starts here.
Bonus Route | User Interaction, Current Era (April 2025)
Early group projects survive in altered form. April 2025’s Cherry Blossom event—“Seven Years After: User Exchange Reception Cherry Blossom Viewing!”—brought 9 new female employees into office for 285 minutes with user guests. Description begins with the haiku: “Spring’s fragrance / spreading and perfuming / the great labia.” 5.00 rating, 6 reviews.
Current form merges group energy with individual attention—nine faces create room to discover one person for following. Card placement yields to routes above, but noting this second spin matters.
Subsequent exploration targets veteran Kotoha Nakayama (fellatio specialist, 13 appearances across recent 200, 4.60 standard with 20 reviews), Media Business Reina Matsukawa (4.60, 20 reviews), and a wife-confidentiality special (4.80, 5 reviews) where an employee requests identity obscurity due to family. After the first is determined, these maintain reliable rating-count balance.
Yoshino Moriya: Current Embodied Form
Yoshino Moriya, featured twice in route-by-route, embodies 21 years of series structure within a single person. Background details emerge in a December 2025 Nikkan SPA! interview. Pre-employment: event company work. Autumn 2024: SOD transition. Eight months later: promoted to executive secretary.
“I had this expectation that building something together with someone I could discuss sex seriously with would be interesting.”
(Nikkan SPA! Interview with Yoshino Moriya, December 2025)
Her hiring motivation, then describing in-office daily experience: “Once you’re at the company, you see actresses filming.” On work itself: “Trying to do it seriously becomes not just fun but hard too.” Within this environment, she spent year one, debuting May 2025. Afterward, near-monthly releases: 8K VR in April 2026, creampie authorization May 2026, brother-sister scenario June 2026.
X activity follows series grammar. February 2025’s comparison photo—”← two months before hiring, five months after hiring →” → reached 4.21 million views. August 2025’s self-introduction—“25 | AV Company Secretary | Single for 11 months”—garnered 1.88 million views, 30,000 likes.
Her profile reads: “Aiming for an SOD-style secretary.” Secretary work involves executive scheduling and beverage-division support; at interview time, she also promoted the new “SOD Costume × Costume” venue. Shooting is work component. This double life reaches 167,000 followers. The series’ core viewing experience—suspicion while watching—becomes most intense in Yoshino Moriya.
14 months post-debut. As Momoka Kato traversed two years from hiring through departure, female employee careers reach endings. Begin now, and you watch present tense, not retrospective.
Compact Sampling: 12-Hour Debut Compilation
When unable to narrow routes to one, January 2025’s best-of answers. 15 historic debut scenes consolidated into 12 hours, 4.90 rating.
“Bringing together their first camera intimacy. Today, never again to be captured—15 employees’ most innocent sexes in 12 full hours.”
(SOD Female Employees: 15-Employee Debut Sex Best, Official Description, January 2025)
“Never to be captured again” isn’t hyperbole—it’s structural fact. Debut freshness can’t be re-shot; retirement stops new releases. 15 one-time-only moments in one title make this the actual optimal maze-entrance. Identify one face, return to solo works. Reverse-lookup solves mazes fastest.
Suited For
- Those who saw “our company” posts and felt curious: Official X’s 237,000 followers, posts reaching tens of millions. Matsunaga and Moriya works link to account handles directly
- Documentary-focused viewers: 64 of the recent 200 titles carry Documentary tag. Recording honest emotion and tears can’t be replicated in pre-scripted drama
- OL and embarrassment genre enthusiasts: 164 OL tags, 79 embarrassment tags represent unmatched concentration. Department and hire-date grounding elevates embarrassment calibration
- Archive-exploring collectors: 561 titles, 21 years. Baseball poker, health checkup, and creampie projects thread vertically. Reverse-lookup from 12-hour best yields efficient circulation
Conclusion
FANZA-distributed 561 titles across confirmed 21 years. “Ordinary office ladies” now become a dual performance: SNS and works in unison.
From 2005 office-event projects through Momoka Kato’s two-year arc, departmental scenario standardization, the current Yoshino Moriya–Akari Matsunaga–Ayana Nakajo individual documentary era. Official X launched June 2024; by 2026, 237,000 followers. New titles accumulate 2–4 monthly; title 562 continues moving forward.
Series individual titles rely on single downloads. Free SNS posting alone captures “our company” atmosphere, but footage showing why floors need replacing appears in titles only. Once a favorite employee is found, purchasing one FANZA solo title becomes the pathway connecting to their next project. Kato Momoka’s exit work demonstrated: female employee careers are finite, debut freshness irreplaceable. Selecting one from 561 means maintaining that irreplaceable once-only record.
