This ocean is Okinawa. The day after she auditioned and passed, she shot promotional photos. She pitched herself to makers, and the filming location was decided. She spoke about it in an interview with Bunshun Online:
I searched online right away and sent an email to the first agency that came up saying “I want to do this.” I got a response and passed the interview the very next day. After that, we shot promotional photos, pitched to makers, and things moved so quickly that my debut shoot in Okinawa was decided.

Entering This Work to Raise Funds
She entered AV for money. But not for living expenses.
In February 2020, she joined KissBeeYouth as an eighth-generation member, performing under the name Haru Sarina. In July that year, her sister group member Hinana Takano died by suicide at age twenty. The agency announced it three days later. Meisa Nishimoto graduated that December. In an interview with Bunshun Online, she describes what happened around that time:
I didn’t want my last memory as an idol to be the suicide of a senior member I was close to. For about a month after leaving the group, I wasn’t doing anything, but then I thought “I can’t just stay depressed. I need to do something,” so I decided to create an ideal group.
In July 2021, she founded a company and formed a group she would produce herself. It was called Once A Chance. The “idol produce” subtitle in her debut work refers to this project.
She didn’t have enough startup capital.
I had savings from working as a dance instructor, so I could manage my daily life, but it wasn’t enough for the group’s launch fund.
That October, she was announced as an exclusive artist for SOD STAR. The span from application to her arrival in Okinawa happened almost without pause.
Her distribution records begin on March 9, 2022, and on the same day another work was released featuring first experience and first climax. A week later, VR arrived. It was for SODVR’s new flagship series, number 001. Her first VR was the first work in that series. They handed the lead position to a newcomer less than six months in.
The VR work dedicates one corner each to body, lips, voice, face, and her natural self, and reviews accumulated to 83. On her catalog, the VR shelf is still where the most people gather.
Her SODSTAR exclusive period ran from October 2021 to October 2023. In November 2023, she moved to kawaii*. In October 2024, she left, then joined the HMN WORKS group in November. Across three years walking between two exclusive contracts, where she appeared was concentrated in one company at a time.
After the restrictions lifted, output increased. 2024 was the smallest at 13 works, and two years later in 2026 it was 74. Now she’s called from various places: K.M.Produce, P-BOX VR, her former home kawaii*, and S-Cute. HMN WORKS puts out one work themselves, then passes the rest to affiliated or partner labels — not an exclusive that ties her to one company.
151 works total. Of those, 100 are sold under that single name. September alone saw 4 releases.
What remains about family comes down to a single line from Nikkan SPA!:
My dad supports me too. We get along well, and the two of us even go on overseas trips together.
Her relationship with her mother was cut once, then reconnected. Middle school was when she revealed being bullied, and the response started the rift. Reconciliation came in her own words:
“I’m sorry about back then,” my mom told me, and after that we could talk like friends again.
Her debut work’s “Expression activity that started to earn my parents’ recognition” was directed toward them. She’s also written on X that her mother was a former member of Oniyanko Club.
And there’s one more passage from that same interview that stands out. During high school, when a friendship went wrong and she had a flashback to middle school, here’s what the diagnosis said:
When I went to the hospital, I was diagnosed as being “close to depression,” and found out there was also the possibility of alexithymia, a condition that makes it hard to convert emotions into words.
She was told she has difficulty putting emotions into words. Her debut work’s subtitle “I don’t cry in front of people. I don’t show my weaknesses” was placed on top of that self-awareness.
Halfway through the kiss in her debut work, that one frame where her mouth corner rises — when you look at it in light of this diagnosis, it becomes something else. Not a crying face, not a distorted face, but one that leans toward smiling. Whether that happened just once by chance or not will become clear as we look at the works that follow.

And she’s actually receiving requests. A solo piece by Misuzu Amamiya, a new I’s Merry Go Round track, a song performed at ZEPP Shinjuku, NEO TOKYO-TRIBE’s stage debut piece. She’s posted her intentions for each one.

These are the words of someone who makes others dance, not someone who dances herself.
She’s been dancing since she was two years old. Her destination was set from the beginning.
Since I was little, I’d dreamed of becoming a Disney dancer. But I didn’t take it seriously until I won the solo championship at a club tournament in my third year of high school—that’s when I thought, “Maybe I could make it as a pro?” and it clicked.
Her high school was all-girls, and since there was no track team, she joined the baton twirling club. Saturday and Sunday mornings she’d do club activities, afternoons she’d take private dance lessons. At the 2017 national tournament in September, she won gold in the individual division.
She quit university after a month. The job listing she discovered around that time was unusual.
Around the time I was deciding whether to drop out, I happened to see a posting for a dance instructor. But the thing is, it was at a karate school. The flyer said they were recruiting someone to teach dance during the school’s downtime, so I applied and got the job.
It was a place with no existing system for teaching dance.
The school had no know-how for teaching dance, so I built everything from scratch. I wanted to teach kids, so I made flyers and handed them out at the nearest train station, and I designed everything—I’d think through how many minutes of stretching, how many minutes of actual lesson per session…—building a full curriculum and running the dance school myself.
She even explains how she recruited students.
It took about three years. The location was good, and students surprisingly came in big numbers. When I was handing out flyers, I asked the upbeat, outgoing-looking kids, “Can you bring about ten of your friends?” and they actually did. It snowballed, and in the end we had about sixty students—way more than the karate school itself. I never worried about money; I was making around 600,000 yen a month.
Ask an energetic kid to bring ten friends. They do. It fills up by word of mouth. This setup would be used again later when she created her own group.
In other words, before she ever created a group, Meisa was already doing the work of gathering people and teaching them. When she decided to start a company and have her own group, when she applied to AV and decided the next day—both of those were continuations of the person who handed out flyers at the train station.
On Instagram she presents herself as someone who teaches cheer to kids. On another account, she creates choreography for other people’s songs. There was even a time when her main X profile said:

And she really does do that kind of work. There’s a work where she was one-day manager at a DVD shop in Tokyo, where she stands at the counter talking to customers.
Meisa ends up working as a one-day manager at a certain Tokyo DVD shop, engaging in wholesome promotional activities. (Condensed…) Next, she changes into a J-style uniform and the promotional activities begin in earnest. Before long, a customer approaches—a teacher, it turns out, who loves Meisa and loves school-uniform content. (Condensed…) When trouble strikes, she pulls the “lucky box”—the result is… “Reverse-pick-up in idol outfit! Keep going until ten shots and you can leave!”
The phrase “wholesome promotional activities” remains in the sales copy. The person who meets visitors and the person who’s being bought are the same, and she’s doing both in parallel.
Her Dance-Trained Body Emerges in Leg Splits

Hair Color Changed, But That Smile Stayed the Same

Even in the blue curtain room, she’s on top of him. On a white bed. This posture appears repeatedly across multiple works.

Of the six works mentioned here, this is the only one where her wrists are restrained. In the other five, she raises her own arms. Raised arms can be lowered, but restrained wrists cannot. I think the “100 climaxes” in the title refers to this difference.

This is her first work after moving to HMN WORKS. The title is “Climax Hell,” with 10,000 consecutive thrusts and 100 climaxes in the marketing. Looking at the numbers alone, it’s a project that sells exhaustion. The maker sells this work like this:

She’s the one taking the lead. What they do and in what order is how it’s being sold.

In Her Uniform, She Takes Control
There’s a close-up of a face. Twin tails, white shirt, navy ribbon. She’s sitting forward-facing in her school uniform, and there’s another person deeper in the frame to the right. It’s Miyajima Mei. Her hair is down.
In a scene where they look at a phone together, text appears reading “I lied.” A photo of the two of them side by side in their uniforms shows on the screen.

What happens is marketed this way:
When Meisa hears that Mei, her childhood friend since their earliest years, has gotten into a relationship, she’s surprised to learn the partner is a woman, but she still wishes for Mei’s happiness. The single word “weak to persuasion” defines Meisa’s role. Unable to refuse outright, she sets a condition. “As long as it’s over clothes,” she draws her own line—but instead of maintaining that boundary, she ends up being the one whose boundary is redrawn. The other person calls it practice. The more it’s called practice, the less reason she has to refuse.
Up to the point where her body spasms at being licked directly is just the setup.
But the video itself shows something else.

The sofa scene is even clearer. The twin-tailed one, still in her uniform, is inserting her fingers into her naked partner who wears only black socks. Who’s clothed and who’s naked has reversed.
The one asked to help with practice is the one moving her hands partway through. This is the side of the person described as “weak to persuasion” that wasn’t in the description.
Mei sits on a platform, legs spread, laughing. There’s a mirror behind her.
For 159 minutes, her only partner is a single woman. The video ends with just her and Miyajima Mei.

The Work Marked Unrestricted
She’s seated on a sofa facing forward, smiling wide enough to show her teeth. It’s the same face from her debut, but with a different expression. She’s wearing a white robe-like garment with a delicate necklace at her neck.

This one work has two locations. Up to this point, the scenes take place in a room with a sofa and bed, with one male partner.
Then it transitions to a location with concrete rubble. She’s in black lace clothing with a green ribbon, fishnet stockings on her legs. There are multiple men, one of whom has blond hair. She’s surrounded.
The person in the red and white striped bikini in the room is now in black lace in the rubble. Both her clothing and the number of partners change. Her other five works end in a single location throughout.
There are close-ups of her face too. Her teeth are visible here as well. There’s a green ribbon around her neck.
What happens after she’s surrounded is conveyed in numbers.

The Stage Side Isn’t Over
The works side is complete. I’ll finish by adding the stage story.
On May 7, 2025, she announced the end of her five-year idol activity. A Bunshun Online interview appeared right after, carrying this lead:
Meisa Nishimoto was active under the unusual dual title of idol and adult actress. She once had experience producing her own group through a company she founded, but in May 2025, she announced the “end” of an eventful idol career spanning approximately five years.
The end lasted only four months. On September 10, she returned to her original group as a support member, then left again on October 9.
That same October 2025, a new unit launched. She joined on November 18 and took the stage for her debut performance at an Akihabara live house on the 23rd. Her assigned color was orange. In the official account’s member listing, her name appears.
