Before the Bench, Frozen in Place
A purple mat lies on wooden flooring. Dumbbells and a yoga mat tube come into view. FANZA’s “Athlete” shelf holds 538 titles. Stacked in the titles are sport names: archery, ballet, track and field, competitive swimming, equestrian, kickboxing. Some even list tournament names and placements. But reading them tells you nothing about what happens to that person’s body. Career history is not a reason to buy.

Once told she should be able to endure, refusal means admitting she cannot endure. And if you make an untrained person do this, she will collapse in seconds and be done. Unless the body lasts long enough to collapse slowly, the punishment doesn’t work.
This punishment is selective. Without years of the same training shaping her legs, there is no payoff. The reason competitive experience is written on the profile is half about this: the career is placed like a personal history, but it functions as a specification—“this person’s legs will hold.”
Four years, 20 works, 10 makers
This punishment is not one maker’s invention.
Twenty works bearing the names “air chair,” “1cm tip insertion,” and “1cm deep insertion” appear in Athlete and its neighbor Sports. The oldest is from September 2022 by Alice JAPAN, the newest August 2026 by MAGNOLIA. Over those four years, it has continued without break.
Ten makers produce it. Alice JAPAN released five works, four of which share the same title. DEEP’S has four in the Magic Mirror cab. SOD Create moved to VR and changed 1cm to 3cm. MOODYZ relocated to a basketball team training camp. OPPAI released two about large-breasted track and field members. Akamengai and Ore no Shirouto-Z brought along physical education university students.
Change the team, change the body. DEEP’S four works progress from track team, to the swimming club’s competitive swimsuit version, to track team again, to “soft-bodied big-ass female college cheerleaders only.” In Lunatics the target moves to the anus, becoming “1cm anus air-chair training.” In M’s Video Group’s one work it becomes “midsummer buttocks-muscle-strengthening air chair training,” where careless moments mean immediate penetration.
What they share is moving not toward stronger punishment, but toward extending the endurance time.
A different marketing pitch: endless
The titles in this category fall into three groups when broken down by word. All speak to bodily capability, but each addresses a different capability.
The thickest group says it never ends. Inexhaustible, no withdrawal, stamina, abstinence, continuous. Body strength developed through competition is reread as expectations of sexual endurance. A new performer from a long-distance background is introduced like this:

Long-distance runners suffer long after pain arrives. That transitions into talk of libido. Cyclists have three body parts lined up in their titles. “Large quadriceps, hamstrings, and adductors carved by cycling! A handball player is said to possess “inexhaustible sexual stamina.”
The second-thickest group says the muscles are visible. Sex muscles, glutes, hamstrings, adductors. What appears in titles are body part names, pre-specifying where motion will show. The third group says they will be held. Air chair, edge of insertion, spread legs, limit. The 20 works mentioned earlier belong here.
All three point to the same thing: holding long, endurance without stopping, the shape changing as force is applied. What competition left in the body becomes the material for punishment.
The material comes in six forms: the power to hold, stamina, form that doesn’t collapse, a sculpted body, a swimmer’s body, how far joints open. The 1cm punishment uses the power to hold most explicitly.
Why competitive history is on the marquee
The solo debut works in this category typically position the quitting of competition first. An athlete from a professional volleyball background is introduced like this:

Made it to the semifinals of nationals, entered a professional team, still didn’t reach it. Then she undresses. It appears to be a personal history, but its placement reveals another function. Tournament names and placements are written as proof of how those legs were built. Nationals Top 8 in archery, top three in a ballet competition, competed in nationals in swimming. Each is a single line explaining where the power to hold comes from.
A former Japanese national record holder in swimming comes with an extensive credential:

Individual medley means swimming four strokes in succession, and weakness in any one makes it impossible. That double championship exists in a body 175cm tall. A volleyball libero carries the same kind of credential.

”Athlete” and “Sports” Are Different Shelves
Of the 20 titles mentioned earlier, 9 are shelved under “Athlete” and 11 under the neighboring “Sports” category. The same content type is being produced, yet the shelves are split.
The dividing line lies in how the performers are labeled. In Alice JAPAN’s training camp content, the performers are track and field athletes, but their competitive history isn’t listed in the official description. That’s why it goes into “Sports.” On DEEP’S Magic Mirror van tours, the performers are labeled as “6 Female Athlete College Students,” and the occupation field also reads “Sports/Athlete.” Those go into “Athlete.”
Natural High’s “Athlete Sports Club Girls ● Getting Squirting Creampies Pounded During Club Activities! ～Archery Club / Baton Club / Basketball Club～” isn’t in the latter category either. The club setting is vivid, but the official description contains no mention of the performers’ competitive history. It works regardless of who’s performing it.
Titles with competitive history are more limited in where they can be placed, but the footage is more likely to match the script. If it says they maintain it, they maintain it. If it says they lose it, they lose it. That’s the reason for choosing this shelf.

There’s no need to take in all 538 titles at once. There are three entry points. Do you want to see multiple people in the same position, spend time with one person, or watch from the perspective of the one doing the penetrating? Once you decide that, your first choice is clear.
