As of August 2026, a total of 414 titles have been released. Of these, 200 are credited to her alone, without appearing alongside other actresses.
Those 200 titles were shot across 65 different studios. Even at S1, which has the most, there are only 15.
Looking at the genre tags for her 200 solo-credited titles, creampie appears in 128 of them. That’s two out of three. It’s worth knowing that going in.
The year-over-year growth is steep: 2023 saw 1 title, 2024 had 27, 2025 had 165, and through August 2026 there were 221. Combined, that totals 414.

From Age 12 to 17, She Watched Adults’ Faces
In a program on ABEMA, she explained her career this way.
“From age 12 to 17—five years—I was an idol, and then I quit to be a kindergarten teacher for two years.”
Those five years, she released CDs, performed at live shows, and appeared on television. At 12, she had just left elementary school, and by the time she quit at 17, puberty had overlapped entirely with those five years.
The next two years, she stood before small children instead. She had moved from a job where she appeared before audiences to one where she didn’t.
She never spoke about why she quit being an idol. The reason she came back, though, is on record.
“I’d been performing publicly all that time, so there was this emptiness, I guess. I had regrets about my idol career, and I thought maybe I could shine in this world one more time.”
In an interview with Weekly Post, she answered a question about her personality.
“Because I’d spent so much time watching adults’ faces, I’ve ended up oddly serious.”
She looks first at what the adult in front of her is thinking. For someone who did that for five years, her special skill was “remembering people’s faces.”
The Four Months of Decision Is the Main Feature
In December 2023, it came from S1. The title was New No. 1 STYLE Miyu Aizawa AV Debut: A Real Idol’s Transformation to Adult Video Actress, Complete Record. 176 minutes. The official description contains a line about her refusal.

It is a work shot over the four months leading to her decision. It has 34,504 favorites (as of May 2026).

Between these, the scene of her refusal mentioned earlier is interspersed.

Staying With the Mainstream the Whole Time. That Wasn’t Fun
She recorded 12 new titles under the S1 name. There’s also VR, and a 16-hour best-of debut release that came out in March 2025. New releases under S1 ended in 2024, with that best-of marking the final curtain call.
S1 NO.1 STYLE cycles new talent through within one to two years, with a fixed number of exclusive contract slots. Twelve titles in one year used up exactly one full rotation of that cycle.
The pattern becomes clear when you follow the titles.
One month after her debut, in January 2024, her second title was “A Real Idol Becomes an AV Star! Her Sensuality Explodes! An Unforgettable First Experience! Pleasure! First Time Ecstasy 3-Scene Special.” VR was unlocked in February with “VR NO.1 STYLE＜Miyu Aizawa＞ Unlocked: Former Idol, Now AV Actress! Living with Miyu Aizawa Starts Now,” and the same month saw S1’s long-running series “Intertwined Body Fluids, Intense Sex Complete Uncut 3-Scene Special.” In March, “100 Intense Orgasms! 5,232 Convulsions! 2,200cc of Female Ejaculation! Through this point, the titles contain either “real idol” or “former idol.” But from May 2024 onward, that disappears. Student of a teacher, junior at a part-time job, beautiful subordinate, uniformed girl. The marketing shifted to selling based on character roles.
Six months before leaving the exclusive contract, the title itself was already stripped away.
In her final year with the exclusive, she also took on the role of a provocative bikini therapist who teases.

She left the flagship title after one year and scattered across 65 companies.
The year after leaving, her output jumped. By no longer limiting herself to one company, that freedom directly translated into volume.
In the same interview, she also spoke about having no way back.
“I’ve already gotten naked, so I have no choice but to make it sell.”
The Role Controlling vs. The Role Pushed In
The roles scattered across 65 companies divide into two types.
One is the role where she takes control. In June 2025, K.M.Produce begins with a black screen and white text. “On the surface a pure-hearted, kind nurse, but…”
The person called pure-hearted finds herself on the side that won’t discharge patients a year and a half later.
In the same month at Alice JAPAN, she’s on the side managing a live-in partner.

The speech bubble also displays “How many times today?” The balcony has a round jacuzzi, and she’s in black bikini in the water. Indoors is a bright room with white blinds, with one pink mesh in her hair.
Twin tails tied at a low position, she looks up with her mouth full, and “I love you.” overlays there. There’s a frame of her being held from behind while standing. Light enters through the blinds. A shot of her in black tights and underwear using a vibrator on herself is included. In October’s “With her on vacation. Endless fucking with Miyu during a hot spring trip,” hands reach out first while viewing the outdoor bath scenery.

The other role is one that doesn’t happen that way. And that one is collected in original-source live-action adaptations.
In July 2025, Madonna’s “I Am a Wife and Mother, Just a Female” is a live-action adaptation of a doujinshi manga. Kanako, married with children, is pushed into a corner when a known person she’s guarantor for goes missing, and it’s a junior who knew her past who comes collecting.
March’s ROOKIE “I want to do it again. Worst personality but I super love the dick” is a live-action adaptation of a comic Anthurium serialization. She and a coworker who clash at every opportunity go to an izakaya, then realize they’re waking up together in a love hotel.
In May 2026, unfinished’s “Nipple Orgasm Obscene Esthetic” features a woman hurt by her boyfriend’s “it’s surprisingly small” comment, developing through a home breast-growth esthetic recommended by her mother.
In all three, she’s not on the side initiating. The story is decided in advance, and she’s playing the role of being pushed into a corner. In live-action adaptations with original sources she’s on the side being pushed; in original planned productions she’s placed on the controlling side.
If you’re looking for a girlfriend who closes in, it’s faster to skip the shelves with original sources. Conversely, if you want to see her acting, it’s only there. With releases one to two times a year, appearing in March and July 2025 and May 2026.
VR is also accumulating in parallel. There are also 32 VR-only works. She’s called to the 8K-compatible bracket. She appears in a tournament-format project with a gimmick built into one of the chairs, which we cover in the Best Climax & Orgasm feature.
And there’s one image common to all types of roles. A face turned toward the lens, not toward the partner, using her mouth. Showing saliva on her tongue in a hospital room, sticking out her tongue and looking up before an orange curtain, looking up in a bright room with blinds, kneeling as a junior and looking up, tilting an apron while facing front and taking it in — all the same direction. In the controlling role or the role being pushed, only her face turns this way.

Niko Kawagoe, who debuted from S1 at the same time, continued her exclusive contract. There’s also a way to remain, like Saika Kawakita, who has been at S1 for eight years. Miyu Aizawa stepped down after one year.
In the scattered aftermath, she stands in first place on FANZA’s rental floor monthly actress rankings in May and July 2025. In the first half of 2025, eighth overall among all actresses, first in the solo-work actress category. She’s standing in first place after stepping down from exclusive status.

On Paper, She’s Shed the Orthodox Path
Publication materials show the same trajectory.
First it’s digital photobooks. In March 2024, Miyu Aizawa: Real Idol, F-Cup Nude Unleashed was shot by Hiroshi Shiohara. Just three months after debut, “real idol” and “unleashed” sit side by side in the title.
The FLASH digital photobook title is Breaking Free from the Orthodox Idol. Shot by Yuki Aoyama. The woman photographed under the title “Real Idol” is also photographed under the title “Breaking Free from the Orthodox.” On her X profile, a “Premium Nude Pose Book” appears alongside these.
In October 2024, her 1st photobook Sou-ai was released by Futabasha and she held a launch event at Shosen in Akihabara.
“A former entertainment industry talent who has been active in idol groups since her teens and has experienced a CD debut—Miyu Aizawa’s very first nude photobook ever. The book’s promotional copy also touches on how she’s photographed.

The face aimed at the lens has become merchandise on the printed side too.
Her 2nd photobook me=you came out in March 2025 from Tokuma Shoten. A4 hardcover, 112 pages. The title was her own suggestion, meaning “because everyone is here, I am here,” she says.
The content is a southern island. Running along a coastal road on a bike, walking on sand in a bikini, posed in retro style inside a small hut. Pool, skateboard, shower, lingerie, bed. She didn’t complete it all in a downtown studio. Within one book, she moves back and forth between outdoors and indoors multiple times.
Her 3rd photobook Miyutopia, released in January 2026 by Saibunskan Publishing, is a luxury collector’s edition printed in only 4,000 copies. This is where full-frontal nudes appear for the first time. The promotional copy carries the ranking title directly in it.
“Miyu Aizawa, ranked #1 in the FANZA Monthly Actress Rankings, makes her first appearance in the luxury collector’s edition series (4,000 copies limited)! Long-awaited full-frontal nudes!!”
Her own summary is shorter. She wrote it herself in her X profile.
“S1→Kikatan Ass of the Year (named by Shimiken) Debuted December 12, 2023 Peach-rear sub-account @miyumiyu_0303”
She’s covered it with just one arrow. The “Ass of the Year” title that Shimiken gave her is what she herself lists as her credential. On top of that, she set up a separate account dedicated to her rear, directing followers from her main account to it. Futabasha’s promotional copy and the Yuyake Jealousy title point to the same thing. It matches what she’s pushing herself. Her Instagram display name is “Miyu Aizawa (Real).”
The reaction when it spread was brief.
“Thanks to this, my followers increased by 30,000 I think”
The shorter the line, the farther it travels. In February 2025 she posted seven characters. The view count reached 12.83 million. What happened isn’t written.
On paper and on screen alike, she writes her own position.

Destroying the ‘carefully, delicately handled’ girlfriend from a rival label
May 2025, Ones Factory. 122 minutes.

October 2025, Yuuyake Jealousy. 197 minutes. One day that begins in a car and ends in a car.
The day is marked off by time.

Her two and a half years can be tracked by where her words appear on screen.
From age 12 to 17, she watched grown-ups’ faces. In her debut, she was placed below the text written about her.
A year later, she left exclusivity and scattered across 65 companies. Her reason survives in her own words: she’d been on the standard path all along, and it bored her.
Now the text on screen comes from her side. “Hey, senpai. You can do whatever you want, right? You can still go, can’t you? Dinner? Bath? Or something else?” She lets you pick the answer, and whichever you choose, she shows up.
The text that framed her debut—charming, straight nose, F-cup—no longer appears in her current works. The space there has been filled by her own lines.
