One title FALENO released in August 2021 reads like this.
“A Slutty Massage Parlor Where She Slowly Kneads and Licks Your Nipples Over and Over, Then Milks Your Cock Dry Again and Again — Yume Nikaido”
(FANZA product page, retrieved August 2026)
A finger works the nipple. Then a tongue. While the licking continues, a hand slides down, and the milking repeats. That sequence plays out in the exact order the title lists it. Before the purchase, the whole routine is laid out — starting from the moment she’s put on the treatment table. The part where the hand slides down is still viewable in the sample video on the product page today.
Her name doesn’t appear until the very end of that string of words. Yume Nikaido.
Three years later, the same person’s name opens the title: “Exclusive NO.1 STYLE: Ai Hongo, S1 Debut — New Chapter.” That one opens with a deep kiss, then runs through six numbered segments.
This is the five years and nine months it took for her name to travel from the tail of a title to the front of one — and what ended up inside the one box left standing at the end.
It Started With ‘Plump Ass Cosplay, Yume Nikaido’
Her official debut date was March 6, 2020; her first release came out April 9 — “Newcomer: Japan’s Representative to an International Beauty Pageant, AV Debut, Yume Nikaido.” The pageant title landed in the product name, and her own name still sat at the very end. It marked her launch as a FALENOstar exclusive.
For a while after that second release, the titles stayed short: “Soaked in Love Juice! Sensual Development, 3 Scenes!” “Plump Ass Cosplay.” “Instant Insert, Begging Room-Service Maid.” “Clingy Girl Boosted Into Cowgirl by Deep Pounding.” One selling point, then her name right behind it. Reading the whole thing took maybe three seconds.
Ten titles came out in her debut year. Line them up and the year’s shoots read off the titles alone: a hot-spring trip, a maid, cosplay, a girlfriend’s little sister. She worked at a pace of one release every one to two months, cycling through a new situation each time. This was the period before the setups got long — when a short phrase was enough to sell a title.
Only one of those ten puts her name first: September 2020’s “Yume Nikaido Monitoring! 24-Hour Nonstop Sex.” The project’s own name incorporates hers, and that phrasing doesn’t turn up again in a FALENO new release for a long while.
The synopsis for her second release spells out exactly how her body gets handled.
“FALENOstar exclusive Yume Nikaido’s second work targets her ultra-sensitive pussy for sensual development! After an oil massage, her cervix is stimulated while a hard cock drives deep inside her! As her sensitivity climbs, she gushes squirt and screams through soaking-wet sex! After convulsing under toys, she’s pounded through a final threesome until her womb gives out!”
(FANZA product description, retrieved August 2026)
A finger enters a body still warm from the oil, pressing toward the back. The pressing keeps going until she squirts. It doesn’t stop there — it keeps going until she’s convulsing under a toy. Then it’s three people at once.
All of that fits inside 118 minutes. The squirting happens in the first half, and there’s still a long stretch left after it. Two months into her career, she’d already run through a full set of “being developed” scenes. A sample video is available too, so the breathing during the oil stage can be checked before anything else.
It streamed starting May 8, 2020. Reviews: 56, averaging 4.46 — the highest score of any of the ten titles she released that year.
Profile
- Name: Ai Hongo (本郷愛, Hongou Ai). Former stage name: Yume Nikaido (二階堂夢, Nikaido Yume)
- Date of birth: October 28, 1999
- Hometown: Tokyo
- Height: 158 cm
- Measurements: B85 / W53 / H85 (Cup F)
- Hobbies: travel, singing, English and Korean
- AV debut: March 6, 2020 (FALENOstar exclusive)
- Name change: November 28, 2021
- Retirement: December 2025
The hobbies field registered in FANZA’s actress data reads “travel, singing, English and Korean” — languages sitting right there under hobbies. She’s a returnee who spent all three years of high school in the United States and Canada, and is introduced as speaking English and Korean alongside Japanese, which lines up with what’s listed.
Among her body measurements, the one the copy keeps circling back to is the 53 at her waist. Maker copy runs phrases like “an exquisite waistline BODY” and “golden-ratio slender with the ideal childbearing-hip curve,” and the photo-book obi band carries the same idea: “I’ve never seen a waistline this impressive!” Bust and hips both sit at 85, with 53 in between. Every company describes that gap with roughly the same words.
There’s one thing to watch for when looking her up on FANZA: her actress page is split in two. There’s an older one, used since her Yume Nikaido debut, and a newer one that started after the S1 move. The site lists them as if they were two different people, so opening just one only shows half her catalog.
The older page carries 106 titles, the newer one 55 — 161 combined. Confirmation that they’re the same person survives on a package-release sales page: the Blu-ray listing for “Ai Hongo S1 Debut” credits the cast as “Ai Hongo (Yume Nikaido)” (Amazon, retrieved May 2026).
Of the 161, 72 are solo-billed. The rest are multi-actress omnibus releases or compilations grouped by act.
The year-by-year count has a clear shape. It starts quietly with the ten titles of her debut year, then nearly triples in 2022, the year she changed her name. It peaks in 2024, with 50 titles in that year alone. Activity stopped the following year, and everything released in 2026 has been an edit of older footage — nothing newly filmed.
Looked at as a plain sequence of numbers, it reads like a rising career that got cut off partway through. But the numbers alone don’t say who the lead actually was. Of the 29 titles, how many carried her name?
As Titles Grew Longer, Her Name Got Pushed Further Back
Titles started growing longer once 2021 arrived.
“A Female Employee Who Got Groped by Sticky Nipple Harassment From a Boss She Hated, Five Days a Week During Overtime, Until It Recalibrated Her Into an Instant-Orgasm, Ultra-Sensitive Body — Yume Nikaido”
“A Schoolgirl Who Learned to Climax From Wetting Herself, the More She Leaks the More Shame-Driven Pee-Orgasms She Has — Yume Nikaido”
(FANZA product page, retrieved August 2026)
The first one stacks eight nouns — overtime, boss, five days a week, nipple harassment, instant orgasm, ultra-sensitive body, recalibrated, female employee — before it ever reaches her name. Only after the entire setup has been marched through does the name of the performer arrive.
One title released at the end of that same year runs its entire length — more than seventy characters in the original — describing a summer spent back in her hometown with a childhood friend. “‘I’m Not Who I Was Back Then Anymore…’ My Summer Vacation Spent in Sweat-Soaked Sex With My Now-Grown, Big-Breasted Childhood Friend After I Went Back to a Countryside With Nothing to Do.” Measured against the previous year’s nine-character “Plump Ass Cosplay,” the titles had grown roughly fivefold in a year and a half.
Her name moved back exactly as far as the titles grew.
The roles she played that year lean toward one particular shape too: broken in by construction-worker types, moving in as her older brother’s girlfriend, harassed by a clingy boss, developed on a treatment table. She’s the one things happen to, from the start of the story to the end. In the year’s first release, “Steamy Sex Life With My Little Sisters ‘Yume’ and ‘Momo,’” she plays “little sister” alongside Kaname Momojiri — the role once again cast as somebody’s sister.
She also started shooting VR that year, with “Exclusive Girlfriend, Cohabitation, First VR” and “Ultimate Exclusive Girlfriend VR” running back to back in February and March. Both cast her as “girlfriend,” with her name at the tail end of the title. VR then paused after those two — more than a year and a half would pass before her next one.
Her popularity wasn’t slipping during any of this. She placed third in FANZA’s monthly actress popularity ranking in December 2020, then fifth in Kobunsha’s FLASH sexy actress ranking the following year. Her name was selling. And the name that was selling kept getting shoved to the very back of the product name.
The scores her work pulled in, though, went the other way. Where 2020’s titles clustered in the low-4 range across the board, the plot-driven pieces released in late 2021 dipped under 3. The longer the setup got, the lower the post-viewing rating fell.
For roughly a year, her popularity and her ratings pointed in opposite directions.
She Renamed Herself Under the Title ‘Beyond That Dream, I Found the Real Me’
On November 28, 2021, Yume Nikaido became Ai Hongo. Her label changed too, from FALENO to Bstar.
The rename didn’t show up in product names right away, though. Releases that streamed in January, February, and March 2022 still carried the name Yume Nikaido — the lag between filming and release simply carried the old name forward with it.
Her first title released as Ai Hongo came on April 21, 2022. Its title:
“Beyond That Dream, I Found the Real Me — Ai Hongo: Re:start”
Her former name sits right there in the title’s opening words. “That dream” (夢, yume) doubles as “beyond Yume [Nikaido]” — the same word reads both ways. It’s the one title where the maker explained the rename inside the product name itself. The next month brought “Shining Eyes, Ai Hongo,” with a bonus-footage edition released the same day. Two straight months of turning the rename announcement itself into a product.
A month and a half before that, on March 6, 2022, the Sky PerfecTV! Adult Broadcasting Awards 2022 ceremony took place. She won two awards there at once: Most Valuable Actress and Most Technical Actress. The winner’s name was listed as “Ai Hongo (formerly Yume Nikaido)” — meaning she picked up the trophies under her new name while titles still credited to Yume Nikaido were still streaming.
Her own words from the ceremony survive in the official archive.
“In the two months between the nomination and the win, I nearly gave up more than once, but with support from fans and staff, I managed to run it all the way through.”
“She expressed surprise at winning just two years after her debut. Having appeared in roughly 24 works, she said she wants to try ‘attacking’ scenes going forward, entertaining fans further through dominatrix- and little-devil-type roles.”
(Sky PerfecTV! Adult Broadcasting Awards official archive, retrieved May 2026)
She said, in her own words, that she wanted to try the attacking side too — a line that surfaced after two years spent playing roles where a boss wouldn’t let go of her, where shame made her wet herself, where she was developed on a treatment table. That same year she also took Best Actress at Shueisha’s Weekly Playboy Erodemy Awards, so outside recognition was already stacking up by this point.
It would take almost three more years before that single line came back as an actual work.
Her Name Only Led the Title When It Was Sold as a Compilation
Even after the rename, the position of her name in FALENO-line new releases didn’t change.
Every solo-billed title released in 2022 has her name at the end: “Deep Climax Awakening, Arched-Back Orgasm — Womb-Kneading Follow-Up Cervix Sex, 3 Scenes, Ai Hongo.” “Won’t Let Her Escape Even With Her Legs Giving Out! Relentless Deep-Penetration Standing Backhold, Ai Hongo.” “Caution, Too Much Milking! Buzz-Worthy Divine Massage Parlor With a Big-Breasted Reverse-Bunny’s Over-the-Top Service, Ai Hongo.” The name changed; where it sat did not.
Not a single title released that year put her name first. The next time it led a title was January 12, 2023: “Ai Hongo: FALENO Sex Queen’s Trajectory, 16-Hour Best” — a compilation gathering sixteen hours of past work. A year and a half earlier there had also been “Yume Nikaido: FALENO Debut First-Anniversary Complete First Best, 8 Hours,” which likewise put her name first.
In new releases, her name sat last; only when the work was being sold as a compilation did it move to the front. Her three years at FALENO ran on that repeated pattern.
Publishers, on the other hand, handled it differently from the start. All four of Kodansha’s FRIDAY Digital Photo Collection volumes put her name at the head of the title: “Ai Hongo: Love You Forever” vol.1 and vol.2, “Ai Hongo: Full of Love,” and “Ai Hongo: A Chance Encounter.” The first volume released May 17, 2023, the month before the S1 transfer was announced. Toshihiro Nakaba shot it; Kiyoshi Shinohara handled the two that followed.
The obi band carries one short line.
“I’ve never seen a waistline this impressive!”
(Kodansha BOOK Club, retrieved May 2026)
About 100 beach shots make up the first volume. Vol.2 lines up roughly 100 more without repeating a single frame from vol.1 — the same day in the same swimsuit, split across two books.
The third volume, “Full of Love,” moves indoors. Bath scenes and a maid outfit appear, with unpublished cuts added from an earlier gravure project. “An overly sweet everyday life brimming with love,” the copy calls it — the setting shifting from swimsuit to loungewear, outdoors to the bathroom.
The fourth volume, released April 2024, changes how its copy opens.
“Top actress Ai Hongo, two-time winner of the ‘Sky PerfecTV! Adult Broadcasting Awards 2022 Best Actress’ award, delivers her latest photo book. Those sparkling, adorable eyes and her fair-skinned bust are irresistible. A permanent keeper condensing her sweet, lover’s-eye-view side.”
(Kodansha, retrieved May 2026)
The awards come first, and only then does the copy move on to her eyes and skin — written to sell on the name.
Her social-media numbers show the same thing: her name alone pulls people in. 1.332 million followers on X; 817,000 on Instagram across just 20 posts (both figures as of May 2026). Her X bio field carries no text at all, just a single link to Instagram. Her best-performing post, from July 2022, runs seven characters in the original.
“Want to see everyone again soon”
It pulled 84,000 likes. Two days earlier, “Today’s waistline” pulled 45,000; the following month, “Summer showers feel so good” pulled 39,000. A photo and one line move those numbers. That same year she also held meet-and-greet events in Nagoya and Fukuoka — somewhere to actually go see her.
The same placement holds even outside AV. The title of an image video released in October 2023 is “Ai Hongo: Beautiful Hot-Spring Attendant” — a 94-minute hot-spring piece where, again, her name comes first.
Only the AV makers kept pushing her name to the back. The photo-book publisher and the image-video maker both sold on the name from the start. The same person, in the same years, laid out two different ways depending on who was selling her.
The Label Wrote ‘Without Looking Back at the Past’
In June 2023, her surprise transfer to S1 was announced. Her debut work followed the next month, on July 21.
“Exclusive NO.1 STYLE: Ai Hongo, S1 Debut — New Chapter.” This was the first title where her name came before any description of the premise.
The synopsis explains the move in its own words.
“New chapter. Ai Hongo begins again. Without looking back at the past, living for now, facing the future. This is the place I chose. ‘This Is Me.’ I won’t lean on three years of career… An origin-point return, driven by instinct rather than habit — an ultra-deep, dense kissing scene, three rounds! Sweat, fluids, drool, love juice, squirt — everything mixed together into a sloppy mess, all six of S1’s signature series segments packed into one! I want you to see all of who I’ve become… Ai Hongo’s First Love, S1 debut.”
(FANZA product description, retrieved August 2026)
Without looking back. Not leaning on three years of career. The label itself is the one drawing the line under the three years she spent at FALENO.
The content opens exactly as declared. First, her mouth is covered. A tongue enters and doesn’t pull back. There’s no setup, no premise explained — just a face, suddenly close. True to “dense kissing, three rounds,” it opens on a kiss and goes all the way through, three separate times.
Six segments follow from there: sweat, fluids, drool, love juice, squirt. It takes 166 minutes for those five to finish mixing together. Rather than being introduced after a premise is read out, she’s simply there, on screen, from the very first frame — nothing but her face.
It’s a title that begins by stripping away three years’ worth of preamble. How long that opening kiss runs can be checked at the start of the sample video.
217 reviews — the most of any of her solo titles.
A second title released the same day, July 21: “Superstar Actress Mega Orgy — Ultra-Rare Co-Star S1 Fan Appreciation Festival,” a 239-minute group piece that pulled 261 reviews. In the first month after her transfer, S1 released a solo debut and a multi-actress ensemble piece at the same time. The origins of S1’s flagship series are covered in the S1 NO.1 STYLE Complete Guide.
In VR, Her Name Appears Twice
On September 12, 2023, her VR unlock title at S1 arrived: “[VR] VR NO.1 STYLE Ai Hongo — S1 VR Unlocked, Ai Hongo.” Her name sits both at the front and at the tail. It’s the only title in her catalog where her name appears twice.
The synopsis opens by talking about distance.
“Ai Hongo descends into S1 VR! The highest-detail visuals yet, at an optimal distance close enough to feel her body heat! A whispering voice cooing sweet nothings right at the ear, that translucent, glowing skin and exquisite waistline BODY up close… stared down at point-blank range while she drains everything to the last drop! Showing off the industry’s No.1 technique through supreme hospitality and pressed-close breasts! A long-awaited VR after roughly a year and a half — healing, affection, tenderness, technique… the ultimate sex experience with Ai Hongo, who has it all!”
(FANZA product description, retrieved August 2026)
It reaches the ear first. A whisper moves from right to left, close enough that breath lands on the earlobe. When the face returns, the eyes are already locked on — and they don’t look away. Then her chest presses in, and the view goes dark.
The “roughly a year and a half” refers to the two VR titles she shot back at FALENO. A year and a half passed across the rename, and S1 arrived to fill that gap.
If you’ve never watched a VR title before, this is the shortcut in. The face you’ve only watched flat on a screen sits within arm’s reach here. It closes to breathing distance and stays there for 110 minutes.
Reviews: 113, averaging 4.68 — the highest rating of any of her titles. 20,004 people added it to their favorites, nearly double the S1 debut title’s 10,056 (both figures as of August 2026). It trails on review count, yet more people are keeping it on hand.
No sample video is available for this title. Instead, the product page carries twelve sample stills — enough for the sense of distance to come through even as static images.
This is the first time whispering itself sits at the center of a product. FALENO-era titles carried words like “dirty talk” and “verbal teasing,” and roles that spoke toward the ear existed, but none sold the voice itself as the headline. It took VR for voice and distance to become the leads at the same time.
Ten Kinds of Sex Work, All Solo, Back to Back
In the six months after her transfer, S1 released six titles: August’s “First Time in Her Life, Beyond the Greatest Climax”; September’s VR-unlock title and “Mingling Fluids, Dense Sex — Complete No-Cut Special”; October’s piece where she shares a hotel room with her boss on a business trip; November’s ten-shop sex-work title; and December’s piece where she’s seduced by her older sister. She kept up a pace of one solo release a month.
Of these, the business-trip title and the older-sister title both put her name at the end — the same shape as the FALENO era, a long setup written out before the casting. The remaining four lead with her name instead. Two selling approaches were running in parallel, on the same label, in the same six months.
The November 24 title reads “To the Greatest Ejaculation Experience of Your Life With Ai Hongo — ULTRA VIP Sex Work 10, in 4K.” Her name leads.
“S1 Presents: 4K equipment × premium service, infinite-ejaculation, 10-round ULTRA VIP sex-work special full course! Massage parlor, pink salon, delivery health, reflexology, hostess bar, masturbation club, cosplay club, SM club, prostate-focused service, soapland… A sex-work scenario where ‘Ai Hongo’s’ masterful technique and doting, affectionate service fulfill every desire! ‘Go ahead and let out as much as you want today, as many times as you like…’ Something every man should experience at least once in his life! 210 minutes of overwhelming, luxurious, desire-wringing ejaculation!”
(FANZA product description, retrieved August 2026)
Ten different shops line up. It opens at a massage parlor, moves through a pink salon and a delivery-health call, and closes at a soapland. The room changes with each shop, the costume changes, even how she’s addressed changes — one person switching between ten different kinds of service.
Two years earlier, the “slutty massage parlor” title spent 121 minutes on a single shop by itself. Here, ten shops get compressed into 205 minutes — about 20 minutes per shop, moving to the next one before the last has fully finished.
The line “Go ahead and let out as much as you want today, as many times as you like…” gets pulled into the synopsis, and the same line resurfaces shop to shop, phrased slightly differently each time.
What the copy pushes isn’t her body so much as her hands. “Masterful technique.” “Doting, affectionate service.” The VR unlock title reads the same way: “supreme hospitality,” “the industry’s No.1 technique.” Change the label and the words used to sell her stay lined up.
One of the two awards she took in 2022 was Most Technical Actress. Outside recognition for being skilled came first, and the product copy keeps circling back to say the same thing. 205 minutes across ten shops reads like a single title built to put that recognition to the test — the routine changing shop to shop, the same hands working in a different order each time.
Folding her name into the title itself became more common once she got to S1. The following January’s “‘Ai Hongo’ Raids an M-Type Guy’s Home in an Emergency First Strike!” places her name in quotation marks inside the sentence — a 204-minute title where she raids an M-type man’s apartment and wrings six rounds out of him in a day, review score 4.43. July’s “‘Wait, We’re Doing It Here?!’ Fully Attached to the Private Life of the Multi-Talented Ai Hongo, Pounced On the Instant There’s an Opening!” uses the same construction. Her name gets treated as part of the concept.
S1 didn’t do this across every title, though. Drama-style pieces still put her name last. One from April 2024 is an example.
“An unremarkable, perpetually-scolded office worker… one night, by chance, gets hold of the weakness of the most beautiful woman in the company. ‘If you do what I say for just one day, I’ll keep quiet about it…’ He locks in a dream mistress contract with the idol-tier, out-of-reach woman he’d only ever fantasized about… Cowgirl and clinging kisses, savoring her exquisite body and flesh to the fullest. Sickeningly dense foreplay, licked over slowly like a slug crawling across skin. Dominated body and soul, her affection warps into a service-minded fuck-toy.”
(FANZA product description, retrieved August 2026)
It starts the moment her weakness is caught and ends within one night. The kissing continues through the cowgirl position, and the foreplay that follows is what the copy calls “sickeningly dense foreplay, licked over slowly like a slug crawling across skin.” The unremarkable man takes his time working his way up her. The sequence becomes the sequence of domination, and by the end, how she’s addressed has changed.
The title is “I’ll Make This Woman My Mistress… A Single Night’s Lick-Fallen Mistress Contract, Devouring the Best Woman There Is, Ai Hongo.” The setup runs on for what would be 47 characters in the original before it reaches her name — the FALENO-era phrasing, still intact. 119 minutes.
Even after the transfer, titles where her name got swallowed by the concept didn’t disappear. What increased was the other kind — titles that put her name first.
One Title Shot With No Manager, No Makeup
On February 23, 2024, a title dropped every member of the crew.
“Ai Hongo’s first-ever attempt?! No manager! No makeup! No staff at all! And her bare face unlocked too! A genuinely just-the-two-of-them, one-night, two-day overnight date, shot as an AV! Innocent, honest, lonely, wanting attention… free and unguarded, staying bare-faced for just this one day… we filmed the complete private sex of a top actress with an incredible body! The real Ai Hongo — the one nobody knows, the one nobody’s ever seen. Genuinely alone together, which is exactly why this unscripted, doting sex could be filmed at all.”
(FANZA product description, retrieved August 2026)
The title opens with “Ai Hongo This Clingy — You’ve Never Seen Her Like This!” Her name leads here too.
One night, two days. Only one costar operates the camera; there’s no lighting, no touch-up makeup. For 150 minutes, only the two of them ever appear on screen. True to “bare face unlocked,” her morning face goes in exactly as it is.
Innocent, honest, lonely, wanting attention — that’s how the synopsis describes her. Those four words map onto the character that keeps recurring across her S1-era work. Not the “newcomer being developed” or the “clingy female employee” she’d been sold as before the transfer, but someone written as the one doing the clinging.
Three months later, on May 24, a title swung in the opposite direction entirely.
“The dormant fragments of Ai Hongo’s pleasure awaken through cervix stimulation, squirting, blindfolds, and edging… her golden-ratio slender frame with its ideal childbearing-hip curve, wrung to its limit and pistoned all the way to its deepest point! Reawakening that top-tier body and driving over 100 climaxes in one go! Devastating peaks and blank-eyed collapse, repeated in a relentless, nonstop, all-out session! Pleasure so intense her plug gives out entirely… a massive squirting collapse… carved open at the deepest point with violent, punishing thrusts!”
(FANZA product description, retrieved August 2026)
She’s blindfolded. Unable to see what’s coming, the teasing begins. A stretch of near-touches that never quite land continues, and by the time something finally enters, it’s already at the deepest point. It doesn’t stop from there. The next round arrives before the blank stare from the last one has even faded, and that repeats for 129 minutes.
The title: “[Viewer Discretion Advised] [Caution, Too Much Milking] Beyond Climax, Still Further — Cumming Without Limit, Maximum Piston! The Greatest Trance Fuck of Her Life, Ai Hongo.” Two warning labels sit at the very front of the title.
A title where she clings, and a title where she’s pounded until she goes blank — released three months apart in the same year. The full range of the 50 titles she put out in 2024 fits somewhere between these two.
The blindfold comes off partway through. The stretch that had run purely on sound and touch ends, and what’s actually being done to her, and by whom, comes into view. That’s the moment her expression changes. Just the opening stretch of teasing can be checked at the start of the sample video.
Reviews: 48, averaging 4.42 — the highest score of any solo title she released that year.
Plot-driven titles came back in the second half of the year: one where a competition swimsuit digs in, one where she’s pursued knowing full well she’s someone’s older sister, one where she’s called on as an unattached female friend, one where a female manager, jealous over a new male employee’s engagement announcement, drives him into a deep-penetration cowgirl position. Every one of these puts her name at the end. September also brought a purely audio-driven title, “Complete Binaural Sweet-Sadistic Dirty Talk — Into the Greatest Look-Down Masturbation Experience of Your Life!”, where her name sits somewhere in the middle instead.
It was a year where placement varied title to title — names leading and names trailing alternating month by month.
25 Men Rotate Through
On January 24, 2025, “That’s What Makes Her Ai Hongo. She’s Erotic. Throw a Group-Sex Party With 25 Men and She Gets Insanely Erotic.” streamed.
“Smack, smack, smack, smack!! Slam, slam, slam, slam! 120 minutes of nonstop sucking! Nonstop insertion! Nonstop stroking!! Ai Hongo’s first-ever, no-holds-barred 100,000-piston mega orgy! Punishing, quaking strokes right at the edge of breaking her! AV’s No.1 beautiful body versus 25 of the industry’s biggest cocks! A relentless hard-fuck development special, driving her ultra-sensitive cervix to climax after climax!”
(FANZA product description, retrieved August 2026)
While she’s sucking one, another enters from behind. The next one arrives before the last pulls out. The moment her mouth is free, something else fills it; both her hands stay occupied throughout. There’s no break. The men rotate through, but her position never moves.
The person who said, at an awards ceremony three years earlier, that she wanted to try “attacking” scenes going forward is surrounded here by 25 men. This was where that stated direction eventually led. “First-ever,” the synopsis calls it — a kind of title she’d never once shot across a five-year career.
123 minutes. A man from the opening section returns again near the end. Somewhere past the point where tracking who’s where stops being possible, the sense of a fixed headcount dissolves inside the frame. The first several seconds of being surrounded can be checked in the sample video.
It stands as the last solo title released as newly filmed footage.
Two months later, she was brought into S1’s 20th-anniversary commemorative titles: April’s “SUPER VVVIP Orgy PARTY” and June’s “Once You’re Full, Let’s Make Him Cum.” Both pair her with Saika Kawakita and Kiho Kanematsu — the trio the label lined up as its flagship lineup. The first runs 134 minutes, the second 167.
After these two, there’s no new filming. Five years after her debut, the record of new work stops.
This Is the Fifth Time She’s Been Compiled
Compilations re-editing older footage show up periodically in her catalog. Line them all up and there’s not a single exception to how her name gets placed.
The first came in July 2021: “Yume Nikaido: FALENO Debut First-Anniversary Complete First Best, 8 Hours.” 483 minutes. One year and three months after her debut, still bundled under her old name.
The second came in January 2023: “Ai Hongo: FALENO Sex Queen’s Trajectory, 16-Hour Best.” 960 minutes. Fourteen months after the rename, and it holds both Yume Nikaido-credited and Ai Hongo-credited titles in the same box. For now, it’s the only release that runs both sides of the rename in one place.
The third came in April 2024: “Ai Hongo: FALENO Complete, 16-Hour Best.” 961 minutes. Released by her former label nine months after she’d already transferred to S1 — FALENO re-editing its own share of her catalog while she belonged to a different label entirely.
The fourth came in October 2024: “Ai Hongo: S1 First Best, 12 Titles, 12 Hours.” 720 minutes. Still active at the time, fourteen months before retirement. Twelve titles at that point.
And the fifth is the retirement box, the following December.
All five put her name as the very first word of the title. The name that new releases kept shoving to the back always came home to the front the moment it was time to compile. Even across the three years when it never once led a new release, compilations were the one consistent exception.
And the thickest of the five isn’t the retirement box. Both of FALENO’s 16-hour compilations run longer than the 929-minute retirement box. The final release, the one meant to gather everything, wasn’t actually the one holding the most.
FALENO’s Three Years Aren’t in the Retirement Box
On November 27, 2025, the label announced her retirement. The following month, on the 26th, “Ai Hongo Retirement: S1 Complete 19-Title Compilation, 15-Hour Box” streamed. 929 minutes.
The announcement didn’t come from her. Her social media had stayed frozen since September 2024, never updated since. Word of the retirement arrived as a product announcement instead. The outlet that reported it wrote that she reached retirement from her hiatus “without ever once returning to the public stage” (Yutura, retrieved May 2026).
Something’s missing from it. As the title states, only S1 titles are included. Not one of the 102 titles from her three years at FALENO made it in. The “slutty massage parlor” title quoted at the top of this piece, and the whole run of titles from when her name sat behind seventy-plus characters, all sit outside this box.
Flip it around, though, and the two and a half years when her name led the title run through, unbroken, in a single release.
The 929 minutes open with July 2023’s “New Chapter” — starting on a dense kiss and running through the six segments until sweat and squirt finish mixing. From there comes a stretch of being whispered to at close range, a stretch of working through ten shops in order, a stretch of blindfolded collapse. It closes with 25 men rotating through. Across fifteen and a half hours, only one person is ever on screen.
A scene of her looking up while going down on someone comes back again and again. Eyes locked, only her mouth moving, the scene advancing without any input on the viewer’s part. When she climbs on top, the way her hips move changes, and she drives herself down until she’s spent. She doesn’t pull away once it’s over either, staying wrapped around him, still wet. Doing all of that with a composed face — that was how this person got sold. Fifteen and a half hours is filled out by that same pattern, over and over.
14,684 people have added it to their favorites (as of August 2026). People holding onto it, unreviewed, outnumber the 15 who wrote reviews by an order of magnitude. What they were waiting for becomes clear within a few minutes of the opening six segments. A sample video is available.
VR is the one thing missing from it. Her solo-billed S1 catalog runs to 25 titles including VR, while the box’s cover lists 19. The gap has to be watched separately. What’s left once it’s over isn’t really about her S1 years — it’s the question of where to go watch the three years she spent as Yume Nikaido.
The S1 compilation series this box belongs to is covered alongside other actresses’ retirement boxes in S1 GIRLS COLLECTION.
2026: Her Name Disappeared
Even after her retirement, FALENO has kept releasing footage of her.
March 2026’s “Loves Big Cocks — Massive-Insertion Sex & Deep-Throat, 8-Hour Best! [FALENO Maniac Selection],” May’s “Cheating & Being Cheated On, NTR — Sex Kept Secret From Her Beloved Partner, 8-Hour Best!,” June’s “Ultra-Lovey-Dovey Bathroom Close-Contact Blowjobs & Sex, 40 Rounds, 8-Hour Best!” A fourth is scheduled for September.
None of these four titles carry her name — and it hasn’t moved back to the tail end, either. There’s only a theme; no performer’s name appears anywhere. Since these are multi-actress omnibus releases, her portion comes down to a few scattered minutes each time.
The same thing was happening on the S1 side too. 481 minutes stitching together 70 upward-gaze blowjob scenes; 716 minutes gathering 150 kissing scenes; one title lining up 452 squirting scenes. All of these are compilations built across S1’s full exclusive roster, and none of them puts an individual name in the title. Sliced up by act, they’ve become products with no name attached.
For now, the retirement box is the only release where her name takes up the entire title.
Looking beyond the box, the path splits three ways.
The first is VR. Five solo-billed VR titles exist at S1. One ejaculation-support title carries 169 reviews, the second-most of any of her solo work. It’s followed by a close-range lingerie-maid title, an F-cup little-sister title, and an older private-tutor title, all scoring around 4.5 — higher than her flat-format work across the board. She’s also included in an 8K VR best-of gathering 27 exclusive actresses, watched alongside the rest of the roster there. None of the four VR titles have sample videos, so the product-page images are what convey the mood.
The second is the compilation covering her Yume Nikaido years. April 2024’s “Ai Hongo: FALENO Complete, 16-Hour Best” runs 961 minutes. To watch both sides of the rename in one sitting, January 2023’s “Ai Hongo: FALENO Sex Queen’s Trajectory, 16-Hour Best” is the one to reach for instead. Both are FALENO’s own edits of its share of her catalog, with no S1 work included. Paired with the retirement box, two releases cover most of her five years and nine months.
Across the two and a half years since her S1 move, there’s no record of her appearing in another label’s solo work. All 19 titles are self-contained within one label, so VR is the only S1-era gap left outside the retirement box.
The third path is watching title by title. Much of the 102-title FALENO catalog remains within reach of a monthly all-you-can-watch plan.
Among those 102 titles is the one quoted at the very start of this piece: 121 minutes of being laid out on a treatment table, her nipples kneaded, licked over, milked again and again. It belongs to the period when a title had to be read through in full before anyone could tell whose work it was. There’s a reasonable case, too, for preferring her from before her name ever led a title.
Who This Fits
- Viewers who only want the two and a half years after her transfer: The retirement box is a self-contained 929 minutes. Her S1-era representative titles line up chronologically, so there’s no extra guesswork.
- Viewers who like close-range video: Her VR unlock title carries the highest rating of any of her work. Whispering at the ear and a gaze that never looks away sit at the center of it. Five solo VR titles exist, and every one of them scores higher than her flat-format work.
- Viewers looking for plot-driven work with a real setup: FALENO’s 102 titles run through the full set — a boss, a childhood friend, an older brother’s girlfriend, a massage parlor. Reading the title alone tells you what’s inside.
- Viewers who still remember her as Yume Nikaido: FANZA splits her actress page in two. Without opening the older one, there’s no reaching the titles released between 2020 and 2023.
Summary
Three years with her name at the end of the title, two and a half years with it at the front. Only the second half ever got sold as a set.
From her March 2020 debut to her December 2025 retirement: five years and nine months. Of 161 titles, only 19 made it into the retirement box. The rest are scattered across the older actress page and inside compilations that carry no name at all.
FALENO has kept releasing compilations well into 2026, so there’s no sign her footage is going to vanish from FANZA any time soon. But there’s no sign her name is coming back to the front of a title, either.
Free places to watch her work turn up easily enough. Even so, it’s worth keeping the option of buying an actress’s work through official channels when the actress is one worth keeping around. In her case, there was never a final word from her own mouth. What’s left is the work itself, and the record of how many copies moved. And that record only counts when it’s watched through an official release.
