On September 12, 2026, there was a signing event at a shop in Akihabara. It was a two-session event—noon and 5 PM—announced by her agency. She quoted the announcement and added just one line of her own.

Being Made Black with Spray
The two posts are not contradictory. The statement that no photo editing was applied and the statement that her skin tone is spray-tanned are two different things. The skin photographed without editing was spray-tanned skin.
The titles include the word “black.” A release from April this year is “Flawless Black Gal Goddess.” One from three years ago is “Black (Skin) Alice,” with a parenthetical specifically clarifying it refers to the skin.
Her body measurements appear on the office’s official site. Height 161 cm, B90 J-cup, W60, H99. Her birth date is December 19, 1993, and her hometown is listed as Chiba Prefecture. The numbers don’t change.
As for the darkness, she wrote that it would fade in a week. That post received 8,790 likes and 45 replies. The “black” in the titles will disappear in a week.
She uses the term “suntan marks” herself. Marks remain when white patches are left after tanning. Marks can also form from spray tanning. She hasn’t explained which one it is. What she has written amounts to just two facts: it’s black now, and it will fade in a week.

The word “black” doesn’t appear here, nor does the word “gal.” She has 193,000 followers.
On the DMM actress page, there are no measurements, birth date, or anything else. All fields are blank; only 1,185 works are listed. Without opening the office page, you can’t find her height or birth year.
Omnibus Actress
FANZA lists 1,185 titles under Otsu Alice’s name.
305 of those are solo performances.
The remaining 880 include other actresses’ names. Some are duets, some feature ten performers. The most-credited single title lists 257 names.
By volume, the bulk of 1,185 comes from these 880 ensemble works.
The same counting system appears on screen in a work from nearly four years prior. In December 2022, an orange banner crossed the frame, naming her three times.

Debut year remains unclear
A work released on August 9, 2025, states the following.

A work from nearly four years ago cited a different figure. It was one of the omnibus titles mentioned earlier. In large text on a yellow title screen, it reads:

In the same work, there is also a tagline: “It took ten years to get here.” It appears beneath her, arms raised, laughing.
If 14 years in 2022 places the start in 2008, and 12 years in 2025 places it in 2013, the starting point shifts by five years across three years. Within the same work, 14 years and 10 years appear side by side.
DMM’s records trace back to July 2013. Works under the name Seina Arisa start from that month.
Her first work under the name Otsu Alice came out in December 2020. At the time the contract was finalized, this name had not yet been in use for five years.
That debut title places the word “exclusive” at the head and came out on August 9, 2025. Midway through the same description, it states:

This one work has 30,112 people who have added it to favorites. That count comes 404 days after its release.
The agency’s official website has a profile page for Otsu Alice. One of the links there points to an Instagram account under the name Alice Mizushima. The agency treats it as the same person.
Her first work under that name appeared on FANZA in November 2016, with 183 titles since. There was a period before her current name when she released titles in the 30s range for three consecutive years.
FANZA also has another name: Seina Arisa. Starting from July 2013, 60 titles. This is not connected through the agency’s links, so it is only the matching years that confirm a connection.
The 14 years, the ten years, and the 12 years—none of these are numbers Otsu Alice herself stated. The number of years she personally wrote down appears nowhere in this career history.
A Line Drawn in August Last Year
The source of work shifted before and after signing exclusivity. Of the 256 standalone works through July 2025, only 16 came from KMP subsidiaries.
The most came from MOODYZ, with the rest scattered across ten or more companies.
After August, 49 works. 41 came from KMP subsidiaries. The remaining works divided among seven companies, with only one releasing two. The scattering of five years near its end lingered in just that one place.
Seven works to date have carried the word “exclusive” in the title. The oldest two date to July 2022, both role-play scenarios. “The Woman Who Wants to Become My Exclusive Slave” and “Boss’s Exclusive Curvy Big-Ass Gal.” The exclusivity tied to her contract started in August 2025 with five works, four of them from a VR label. From a role name in 2022 to a contract in 2025. The same two characters swapped their meaning across three years.
Six days after the first work under contract, a VR release followed. The title read like this: “Exclusive ‘Otsu Alice’—All of Her Body Revealed in VR.” Within two weeks of August, both non-VR and VR released their banners.

She has four X accounts. One for adult content, one for daily life, one for motorcycles, and one promotional account for when search visibility drops. The four combined have 365,149 followers, plus another 193,000 on Instagram. The daily-life one says “Cosplay, motorcycles, and lots of pets,” while the promotional account has just 9 posts.
The adult-content account, which has the most posts, contains 44,000 of them. When you open it, most are reused from her daily-life account. Announcements and reposts from the other side. She writes on the daily-life account, but people watch the adult-content one. There’s a clear division between where she writes and where she’s seen.
The bio for the account with the most posts lists her agency and her contract names. Mixed in is this one sentence.

Her work window is the agency, but from there on, she’s the one selling. She names the entry point and the sales floor in a single line.
Creating a Village

YouTube’s Jitsuwanbukatbu also has a talk show: “Motorcycle world veteran Kenichiro Iwahashi teaches motorcycle girl Otsu Alice the ABCs of biking.” She’s being invited not as an AV actress, but as someone who rides bikes.
A work came out in September that features a motorcycle.
There’s a close-up of her chest. A black leather jacket with white lace underwear visible beneath, and a motorcycle handlebar crossing in front.

This title doesn’t have a single frame showing her teeth. The one from the previous month had them in front of the wall with graffiti and in the “finished!” frame.

No Partner Appears
The girlfriend in the gold bikini has one hand raised behind her head. It’s a VR package released the same week as one title in the cheeky-gal series. On the right, printed in red vertical text: “J-Cup Voluptuous Body!!”
Inside is a neon-lit room with a chandelier and lamp in the back. There’s no village-like pathway and no factory-like line of machinery. Just neon, chandelier, and white walls.
The movement comes from perspective. There’s a shot of her with a hand on her chest, looking upward in the gold bikini, and a shot of her pinching the string with her fingers, looking toward the camera. In a close-up of her chest, her skin is wet and she’s pressing it together with both hands. On the black sofa, she’s on all fours with her face toward the camera.
And not a single partner appears in this title.
What enters the foreground is only hands and legs. In a shot of her sitting on the white floor with her legs open, those legs come into the foreground. There’s also a shot where her breasts are exposed and she’s pressed against the foreground legs. In one title from the village series, naked men appear in multiple shots, and in one from the factory series, three men in work clothes appear together. Here that disappears, and instead there’s an empty space for one person.
There are four close-ups of her face. Three show her tongue out, and the remaining one shows her hands open toward the camera. In all four shots, what she’s facing is the same.

The Tongue Always Shows
The upper half of her blonde bob is covered with black fabric. In a VR package released in September, half her face is not visible.
She wears a black harness-like costume. Large vertical text on the left reads “3 Rules,” “Elite FUCK,” and below, “Exclusive Otsu Alice.”

There’s no fixed rule, either at this label or at this time, about whether the face will be covered.
One title from January this year has her mouth covered with black fabric. In a green jacket and white bikini, she sits seiza, and in another frame, a Japanese-style window is visible in the background of the room. There’s a frame where she pulls the fabric down with her finger and sticks out her tongue, and another where her chest is exposed while still masked.
One title from the end of June features her as a bathhouse worker covered in soap. On the package, she wears a white bikini with suds, her face completely uncovered. In the green-lit room, she faces the camera while still covered in suds, and there’s a frame where she holds an orange watering-can-like container above her head.
One covering her mouth, one covering nothing, one covering her eyes. All three are from the same label, released within an eight-month span.
Back to the September title. Candles line the purple-lit room, with her sitting in the back. A lamp sits in the foreground.
With her eyes still covered, she uses both hands to press her breasts together over the black harness. In a frame wearing a white jacket, the front shows pixelation in the purple light. Where purple and pink lamps glow, both her hands meet at her mouth.
There’s only one frame on a white bed where she lifts the eye fabric. Black outfit, mesh stockings. In another frame on the same bed, kneeling, the fabric remains down.
There are fifteen frames where her face appears. Her eyes are visible in only that one frame from before.
However, there’s something that appears across all three of these titles. She sticks her tongue out toward the camera in the January title, the June neon title, and this September title. The village, the prison, the factory, and the 2022 title—her face never appears in those. The tongue comes out in those three, but not in those settings.
In the fourth suds title, the tongue still appears. But in that one, she’s receiving water falling from the orange container with her tongue. The same tongue is doing something different—one directed at the camera, one receiving.
