From “The Real Young Beauty” to “A Legendary Woman”

In July 2011, the debut work’s product description opened with these words: “What if a real young beauty debuted in AV?” The name discovered by Alice JAPAN’s “True Beauty” series was eighteen-year-old Minami Kojima.

Thirteen years later, in December 2024, Madonna’s debut release read: “From the legendary young beauty to the legendary woman.” Same person. Nearly identical shooting format. The only difference: thirteen years of time and a handful of new credits.

Nearly six hundred films. Exclusive partnerships with three labels: Alice JAPAN, S1 NO.1 STYLE, and Madonna. Added to this: entrepreneur of a dog harness brand, vocalist of a music unit, television commercial performer. What accumulated over fifteen years resists reduction to a single name.

Profile

Minami Kojima. Nickname: Kojimina.

  • Date of Birth: December 14, 1992
  • Birthplace: Kanagawa Prefecture
  • Blood Type: A
  • Height: 150 cm
  • Measurements: B85 / W56 / H83 (E-cup)
  • Hobbies: Walking, tennis
  • X: @kojima373 (approximately 270,000 followers)
  • Instagram: @kojima_minami_373 (approximately 340,000 followers, 2,700+ posts)

Five feet tall with an E-cup figure. The contrast between her small frame and her chest has become the core of her on-screen presence. Her Instagram bio lists self-described information: “150cm / warm spring tone / wave body type / soft elegant.” She articulates bone structure and personal color aesthetics in her self-introduction—a line that reveals her awareness of presentation.

Her bio opens with different words: ”\ dog brand launched /”. Not an AV actress’s self-introduction, but the introduction of a brand owner. This opening is the entrance to what the second half explores: her other face.

Three Eras Across Fifteen Years—The Boundaries the Industry Drew

The product description of her tenth-anniversary best-of album divides her career into three distinct periods.

“When breaking down my AV career into major phases: first period—cute girl romance content; second period—hard, rape, and squirting content; third period—married woman and NTR content. I’ve grown as a woman and as an artist while the demanded content changed through each growth phase.”

(S1 10th Anniversary Best official description, released July 2021)

Using this boundary the label established, we trace fifteen years.

First Era | Alice JAPAN’s “The Real Young Beauty” (2011–2013)

On July 8, 2011, Alice JAPAN released “True Beauty: Minami Kojima.” 119 minutes, directed by Namikaze Ō, part of the “True Beauty” series. Genre tags included “Young beauty,” “School uniform,” “Debut work.”

The product description captures the discovery context: “Following Tsukasa Aoi comes True Beauty’s next discovery!” She was positioned in the slot that had launched Tsukasa Aoi before her. Interview, first appearance, public photos in uniform, and her first experience with squirting. At the debut stage, “squirting”—what would become her signature—was already attached. The review average remains 4.62 across 26 reviews even as of 2026. Debut works rarely survive with this score.

By February 2012, she had a solo title themed around romantic dating. By April 2013, a compilation under the Alice Pink label. Solo works from the Alice JAPAN era maintained consistency: the cute voice and smile of a young beauty front and center. The first era’s outline was exactly the label’s series name. A real young beauty, shot as a real young beauty. Two and a half years.

The Shock Defection to S1 (March 2014)

On March 15, 2014, she transferred to S1 NO.1 STYLE. Her debut release: “Exclusive S1: Minami Kojima’s Squirting Full Course.” She was twenty-one. The product description conveyed the temperature of the move:

“No.1 AV idol Minami Kojima joins S1 exclusively! The shock debut release features brand-new territory—‘never seen before,’ ‘this is the Kojimina we wanted to see’—continuous squirting! Non-stop flowing!”

(S1 Shock Debut official description, released March 2014)

From Alice JAPAN’s young beauty line to the industry’s largest label flagship. That the first release’s theme was “squirting” already signals the second era’s direction. “Shock defection”—this phrase would be used again ten years later.

Second Era | Ten Years of Squirting and Homemade Footage (2014–2020)

Midway through the S1 era, works shift from cute romance to squirting and homemade footage. A symbolic title arrives in February 2017: Supreme’s “DIGITAL CHANNEL” series entry—her first private homemade footage while maintaining S1 exclusivity, 200 minutes.

“Super strongest idol young beauty Minami Kojima appears on DC! Pervert POV sex! Massive facials! Ultra-rare homemade footage! (…) You’ll see a lewd ‘Kojimina’ you’ve never seen in private sex!”

(Supreme DIGITAL CHANNEL official description, released February 2017)

This single title collected 53 reviews—the most among FANZA’s top-reviewed works. The idol young beauty label and the contrast with her uninhibited true nature. Two words coexisting in the same description structure encapsulate second-era Minami Kojima.

The hot spring documentary released in July 2021, “No Script Whatsoever!! A Real Two-Person Hot Spring Getaway,” continues the second era’s trajectory.

“Minami Kojima, now entering her tenth year as an AV actress. What kind of sex does she have in private? She speaks candidly about her growth as an actress and her struggles (…) the gap between her public and private selves becomes incredibly real, and her happiness aura becomes seductive and sexy when she gets excited.”

(S1 official description, released July 2021)

42 reviews. Near the maximum count among solo titles. That the shooting theme became “speaking candidly about growth and struggles” reveals her position at the tenth-year mark—the transition from young beauty to artist.

The Tenth Anniversary (July 2021)

July 2021: ten years since debut. A 16-hour best-of collecting 69 S1 titles was released. Average review score: 4.81 across 32 reviews. The three-era division mentioned earlier appears in this album’s description: “The ‘Kojimina’ who was once a young beauty has blossomed into a charming, sophisticated adult woman!”

That same month, Tokyo Sports ran an interview. What remains is a record of her work ethic rather than ratings. The reporter described her as an actress “who hears one thing and understands ten” and “a model professional.” During her tenth-anniversary message video shoot, she completed a one-take recording in approximately one minute with no prior preparation, then added a considerate remark toward the media outlet. The reporter wrote that this single comment made them “cry.”

“Even when asked off-base questions, she’d say, ‘Hmm, that’s pretty unlikely, but maybe something like this could happen?’ and offer a fresh angle—true professionalism.”

(Tokyo Sports 10th Anniversary Interview, July 2021)

Sixty-nine titles in ten years. The weight of carrying a single label’s flagship for a decade remains in both the numbers and the interview.

Third Era | Married Women and NTR—Present Day (2020–S1 Graduation)

After the tenth anniversary, the focus shifts to married women and NTR. The standout review in the third era comes from March 2023: “My Abusive Female Boss Who Uses Her Position to Bully Me Works as a High-End Call Girl!?” Average review: 4.89 across 18 reviews. Tied for the solo title’s highest score.

“The nasty power-harassing female boss who weaponizes her authority to bully the subordinate she dislikes, Kojima. (…) I threatened to expose her and forced my pathetic dick into her mouth so I could feel superior. But that wasn’t enough, so I forced myself on her…and my heart finally cleared.”

(S1 official description, released March 2023)

By day, the boss bullying a subordinate. By night, a call girl coerced into submission. Control and submission flip multiple times within a single film. The shift in expression and tone becomes the center of the evaluation. Far removed from the passive reactions of her debut period—the acting quality is entirely different.

The third era becomes a range where genre versatility and high ratings both stand. A January 2022 father-in-law affair work averages 4.89 across 18 reviews. September 2023’s insatiable wife title: 4.87 across 15 reviews. March 2021’s ex-lover infidelity work: 4.85 across 34 reviews. May 2021’s masochist massage salon work: 4.81 across 21 reviews. November 2021’s teasing work: also 4.81 across 21 reviews. Married woman, father-in-law, infidelity, masochist fantasy, teasing—settings shift almost monthly, yet reviews cluster around the 4.8s. Rather than dominating a single genre, she maintains the standard across any scenario. The reason she continued for nearly six hundred films over fifteen years emerges in the pattern of these numbers.

S1 Graduation and the Move to Madonna—A Shock Defection in Year Thirteen

As the third era’s married woman and NTR line accumulated high reviews, a label transfer occurred.

On September 10, 2024, she posted to X: “Release approved! This is my final S1 graduation work.” The post reached 1.13 million views—peak engagement for a graduation announcement to followers. The exit from a ten-year label home was first announced in her own words.

Then on December 20, 2024, Madonna’s debut release dropped: “Shock Defection: Minami Kojima Madonna Debut. From the Legendary Young Beauty to the Legendary Woman.” The words “shock defection” appeared in the title again, ten years later.

“The trajectory of her thirteenth year since debut, the miracle descended upon Madonna, the legendary actress Minami Kojima finally arrives. Like the format of her debut work, the memorable first Madonna film began with subtle shyness, yet radiating adult allure, as she writhed with single-minded passion.”

(Madonna debut release official description, released December 2024)

“Like the format of her debut work.” Nearly identical to the shooting approach of 2011’s “True Beauty,” recreated thirteen years later for a new label. The circular narrative touched on at the opening closes here. Average score: 3.89 across 18 reviews. The break-in numbers post-transfer, poised to climb.

Creampie Permission—The Turning Point (January 2025)

On January 24, 2025, the second release dropped. Title: “Shock Defection Part 2!! Thirteen Years Later, Finally…Creampie Permission.” A genre she’d avoided for thirteen years became the theme of her new label’s second film.

“Three years have passed since my husband’s parents moved in and we began living together. (…) My husband, who finishes early, has never satisfied me. My desires accumulated day by day, and then one day (…)”

(Madonna second release official description, released January 2025)

37 reviews arrived—double the first release. The phrase “thirteen years later” became news in itself. The decision to make thirteen years of deferred permission the second release’s theme revealed the label’s commitment.

Reviews climbed afterward. The friend’s wife NTR release in December 2025 scored in the 4.8 range with roughly forty reviews. Madonna’s peak tier.

“Yuji’s wife Minami, whom he married years ago, is beautiful and apparently enthusiastic about sex—he’d brag, ‘Marriage is great.’ Atsushi, envious and frustrated, finally thought he’d found a way.”

(Madonna official description, released December 2025)

Since January 2026, the one-title-per-month pace hasn’t slowed. A January married woman creampie work, a February creampie title, an April mother-in-law film—all launching in the 5.00 review range. Less than two years into Madonna, six of FANZA’s top thirty reviewed titles are Madonna releases. The break-in period’s numbers belong to the past.

The Numbers Reveal the Style—The Endurance of “Never Dominating”

Nearly six hundred films over fifteen years. Spanning three labels, works from each era remain highly rated today. The debut averages 4.62, the second-era homemade squirting title 4.74 with 53 reviews, the third-era boss title 4.89. Different eras, identical numbers. This outline reveals Minami Kojima’s artistic signature.

Examining the top thirty reviewed titles exposes the structure. S1 accounts for seventeen, Madonna for six, Alice JAPAN for three. Beyond the 69-title tenth-anniversary compilation, she was repeatedly cast in label-spanning compilation best-ofs: bestsellers, squirting competitions, kiss-focused anthologies. The repeat casting supports the claim of “representing S1’s history.”

Genre tag distribution also reflects her style. Among the top thirty, squirting appears ten times, married woman/housewife eight times, kissing/deep kissing eight times, young beauty six times, creampie six times, mature woman six times. She doesn’t lean on one signature genre; tags from all three eras coexist. Rather than breaking through a single genre, she maintains the standard within any assigned scenario. The tenth-anniversary description’s phrase “the demanded content changed through each growth phase” directly mirrors the scatter of tags.

The Tokyo Sports reporter’s assessment—“hears one thing and understands ten”—runs parallel to this style. The responsiveness to offer fresh angles. The stage management to nail a one-minute message without rehearsal. The set comportment and the endurance across nearly six hundred films aren’t separate abilities. They appear to be expressions of a single capacity.

The Other Face Beyond the Frames

So far: fifteen years on screen. For Minami Kojima, her life off-screen exists with equal density.

The Dog Brand “LOULOU”—Entrepreneurship Without Prior Corporate Experience

In November 2024, she launched dog harness brand LOULOU. The origin lies in a moment during a walk with her beloved dog Sucre. In a Yuyake Taishu interview, she recreates that moment with sound effects:

“While walking Sucre, my dog, I was using a regular collar, but—cough, cough, gag, gag—she started choking.”

“The issue was that cute-designed harnesses integrated with dog clothes just didn’t exist in any store.”

(Yuyake Taishu, Kagurazaka Bunjin’s AV Actress Interview, October 2024)

A veterinary diagnosis raised the possibility of tracheal collapse. Switching from collar to harness meant hunting for a stylish one-piece design—but the market offered nothing. Her mother handmade a solution, but safety concerns pushed her toward commercialization. The brand name LOULOU carries “a French meaning close to ‘cute child.’” “Dogs are like our own children,” she explains, her business motivation summarized in that single line.

Planning launched in January 2024, with manufacturer pitches beginning in March. Entrepreneurship without any corporate background:

“I didn’t own a suit, so I rushed to buy one just to look presentable.”

(Women’s SPA! interview, July 2025)

Computer skills and business etiquette learned from zero. Regarding industry rejection, she simply says: “I don’t get discouraged.” She frames her economic foundation and fame as an AV actress as what underwrites the venture. In the same interview, she voiced her future vision: “Someday I’d like to become ‘the dog person,’ rather than staying within the AV actress frame.” Repositioning self-definition from performer to advocate.

Her X and Instagram bios now lead with this venture. Her X bio reads “Madonna exclusive / LOULOU operator.” The pinned post isn’t a Madonna release but “New harness stock just arrived.” Not leveraging a name for licensing—a dog-loving individual nurturing her own venture with personal capital. Her dog’s Instagram account, @sucre0614, stands as the brand’s origin point.

Music Unit “Ototoi Friday”—Ten Years from Formation to Disbandment

In 2016, she formed a music unit with Mana Sakura. Later renamed “Ototoi Friday,” it became a decade-long project rather than a side venture. A 2016 CINRA dialogue preserves her AV industry entry and career philosophy:

“After graduating high school, I was drifting, like ‘What should I do?’ That’s when someone introduced me to the agency president at the time…”

“It’s a profession where your effort gets evaluated directly. In regular jobs, individual effort rarely gets recognized, does it?”

(CINRA Minami Kojima & Mana Sakura dialogue, August 2016)

The childhood original experience also surfaced in that talk. “I’d always dreamed of being an idol since I was small—I’d do idol skits in front of my parents.” The unit’s renaming shifted its substance. In a Record Store Day interview, she reflected on how the stage changed:

“Honestly, we used to lip-sync live. Once we renamed to Ototoi Friday, we actually started singing properly.”

(RPM Ototoi Friday Interview, October 2017)

Songwriting credits include Satoko Shibata, Ain (NATSUMEN), Makita Sports, and Triple Fire—indie scene mainstays. She describes the post-renaming transformation: “After changing to Ototoi Friday, the jackets, MVs, songs all became incredibly stylish, and our makeup and whole vibe shifted completely.” When invited to a Sanrio Puroland festival, she recalled: “I felt like, ‘We’re actually allowed to step into this space?’—I was moved” (OTOTOY, February 2024).

The ending came through her own words. December 2023: disbandment announcement.

“I think lasting ten years is a miracle. Ototoi Friday’s activities were our shimmering moments. We got to experience something different from our usual lives, and we were nervous. But Mana being beside me gave me peace of mind—it could only happen because it was the two of us.”

(Tokyo Sports WEB Ototoi Friday Disbandment Announcement, December 2023)

The debut and final album “OTOTOY FRIDAY” dropped February 14, 2024. Last live show: March 9, 2024. From formation to end: roughly ten years. Output at a pace of roughly one track per year, culminating in that final chapter.

Professional Identity and the Off-Screen Numbers

On television variety show appearances, she reflects: “I didn’t want people thinking, ‘How dare an AV actress show up!’” Her awareness of perception per context runs parallel to her painstakingly constructed Instagram bio, the Tokyo Sports reporter’s “model professional” assessment, and her 2025 Women’s SPA! account of finally revealing her true work to family. Combined X and Instagram followers exceed 600,000. Off-screen metrics, too, have reached star magnitude.

Photobooks and Prints

Paperwork has progressed in parallel throughout her career. Futabasha published multiple photobooks. August 2014 brought “Kojimina 2nd Season” (photographed by Kazuki Hamada); her first full-frontal work, “Minami Breeze” (photographed by Koki Nishida). Then on December 7, 2018, her latest full-frontal work “Come Over Here ♡” (photographed by Junichi Seki, ¥3,780). The publisher’s description encapsulates her position at that moment:

“‘Cuter-than-idols AV actress’ Minami Kojima’s newest full-frontal photobook. Beyond the ‘simply adorable Kojima’ of past works, she reveals sophistication, an adult’s seductive magnetism, and a temptress’s allure—evolved erotics!”

(Futabasha “Come Over Here ♡” product description, released December 2018)

“Cuter-than-idols AV actress.” “Evolved erotics.” The same arc surfaces in the video’s three-era framework and the photobook marketing language. Midway through the transition from the first era’s “simply cute” to the second, in 2018: the same moment being marked across both motion and stills.

Paper releases continued into the 2020s without pause. September 2024 brought “Visual Nude Pose BOOK act” from Futabasha—a drawing-reference collection with chapters titled “Lovable,” “Beautiful,” “Cool,” and “Seductive.” May 2025 saw “Adult Kojimina,” a digital photobook from Futabasha released concurrent with her Madonna era. “Adult Kojimina” mirrors the video trilogy’s “young beauty to adult woman” vocabulary. From “Kojimina 2nd Season” in 2014 onward, the same transformation repeats across the page.

Six Entry Points from Nearly Six Hundred

Nearly six hundred films over fifteen years. Where you begin changes what you see. The six titles mentioned here, reordered chronologically.

The first era’s entry point: debut “True Beauty: Minami Kojima.” 2011, the series concept itself—“What if a real young beauty debuted?” The transition into S1: “Exclusive S1: Minami Kojima’s Squirting Full Course.” 2014, where “shock defection” and squirting, the second era’s keynote, coexist.

To experience the second era, try the Supreme “DIGITAL CHANNEL” homemade-footage entry. 200 minutes, 53 reviews—the most words gathered among top titles. The third era’s summit: “My Abusive Female Boss Who Uses Her Position to Bully Me Works as a High-End Call Girl!?” Average 4.89, tied for the solo title’s best.

And the present: Madonna’s debut “Shock Defection: Minami Kojima Madonna Debut” and the second release’s creampie permission. The thirteen-year circle closes; new themes open. Following these six in sequence, you witness the boundaries between young beauty, squirting, and married woman firsthand. If sample videos are available, hitting play on each card first to grasp the atmosphere works too.

  • Those who only know the first era’s young beauty side: Madonna’s married woman trajectory is unrecognizable from the pure image era. Watching the same person feels like watching another actress entirely
  • Those searching for NTR/married woman performers with serious acting chops: Third-era into Madonna’s high-rated titles show perfect alignment between premise and performance. Reviews consistently cluster in the 4.8 range
  • Those interested in AV actresses as people: Self-funded entrepreneurship without prior experience, music, 600k+ social followers. The off-screen fifteen years offer substantial depth
  • Those unsure where to begin with nearly six hundred films: Following these six chronologically, you grasp the full fifteen-year arc in a single day

Summary

Beginning with “What if a real young beauty debuted?” and updated to “From the legendary young beauty to the legendary woman”—fifteen years. Placing the 2011 and 2024 descriptions side by side reveals what changed and what stayed constant. The shooting style remains nearly identical. Only the time accumulated and the credits increased.

Less than two years into Madonna, six of FANZA’s top thirty reviewed works are Madonna releases. The one-per-month pace continues through 2026. Expanded dog brand operations, terrestrial television commercials, updated evaluation in married woman roles. At thirty-three, her current position is busier than at debut.

Free video viewing abounds in this era. Yet purchasing a single new release by a favorite actress—that purchase seeds the resources for film number six hundred and one. 601 depends on 600. The logic rests there alone.
